Does Extended Choice Parameters need an owner?

The Extended Choice Parameters plugin currently has a rendering issue (unnecessarily narrow text input box). I can easily create a variant to patch around that (heck, I've automated patching the .hsi file), but I'd much rather get it fixed properly for everyone.

It isn't clear whether Oleg Nenashev is still maintaining ECP. I think the last response I saw was over a year ago, maybe more. And ECP is currently one of the better alternatives for those of us trying to get rid of the Dynamic Parameters plug-in for security reasons. (Of course another solution would be to integrate Script Security into Dynamic Parameters... but having made the effort to switch over to ECP, and to mostly understand how it works, I'm slightly invested in it.)

I'm willing to take ownership of the Extended Choice Parameters plug-in if that's what's needed to get this dealt with properly. I'm still learning the quirks of Jenkins plug-ins, but I can promise to do no harm and hopefully do some good.

Thanks for the interest!

Just to be clear, I have never maintained Extended Choice Parameter plugin. I submitted few fixes several years ago in order to integrate Custom Tools Plugin with it (it was an architectural mistake, actually), but that's it. vimil is a maintainer, and the ownership transfer needs to be confirmed by him.
