Whenever I open Firebug and do some fiddling with it, it leaves Firefox to be very slow - even after I close it! There's certainly something wrong here. I'm using Firefox 24 right now but it's been the case for at least a few previous releases. Anything I can do to fix this? If you want me to do any quantitative test, I'm ready to do that once you tell me how to do that :).

Thanks!

Aah! Disabling the script panel certainly helps and makes tab switching really fast. I was thinking there's some memory leak here, as closing the Firebug window shouldn't leave anything to worry about and should close everything automatically. But disabling the script panel and then closing it made it like before. :)

Thanks!

Firebug 1.12.4 should fix the problem
