error in running blink

Hi
I have downloaded BLINK from github and was trying to run it but it gives me error. I am trying to run it through command line.

[agr75@compute-0-2 blink]$ ./blink --gwas --file /home/agr75/data/R/LinkImpute/Abiskar --out abiskar
-bash: ./blink: No such file or directory

I found it obvious that there is no any blink file in the folder that i downloaded (from GitHub). I am new to the commandline and GWAS.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Please make sure you have put blink executable file and your input data into same folder. Then, use “cd [pathway]” to change the terminal pathway. Then, run ./blink --file xxx --gwas

It still doesnot work.

run ./blink --gwas --file Abiskar --out abiskar
-bash: run: command not found
