Thanks for your input here. We apparently see "ignorance."  Somebody might have known this but sneezed. That's why I posted how ignorant the Director General is:- expressed his voice over number of hotel rooms in Yangon. On the flip side, let's face the truth that hoteliers are business men and they do have their own right to "do business" what they think they are confident or it is profitable (whether it is ethical or not is another story). This might have answered your question no. (a) & (b). About your (c) and (d) is much wider in range to discuss about. It is first to talk about how (whether or not) to "legalize" first about "prostitution." There are a lot of "yes and no" situation answering your questions. And some cases, it's not all about "prostitution," it's about social trend which require "hotel rooms" for sexual pleasure. We can't stop them. But tradition holds that they must not be disclose in public. Nor is it discussable.  To help tourism, we can only categorize it making it clear that those are not meant for "cultural tourism" and so on and so forth. Apparently, in your extract, some comments are totally unreliable for tourists but locals. Their comments such as "Clean" "very good" what does it mean? So be it, Xavier. We gotta find "alternatives" let the players think "out of box."
