On the fist pic its the 8 pin chip top left.
The 8 pin chip top right goes to the coil so its not that one.

I just had a quick check on http://www.donordrives.com/hard-drive-pcb-donor-swap-match & your ST380013AS Yours should be a 7200.7 if so they say you should not need a transfer.

PCB Requirements for Barracuda HDD Architecture. There is no need for chip transfer or firmware reprogramming. Simple PCB swap is enough to fix the hard drive.

(U Series X (U5, U7), 5400.1 (C1, C2), Barracuda I/II/II/IV/V, Barracuda 7200.7/7200.8/7200.9/7200.10, ES, Momentus 4200.2/5400.3/5400.4/7200.1/7200.2).

1. Full Model Number. Example: ST9640320ASST31000528AS
2. Firmware. Example: 3.CDA9.018.05

PCB Requirements for F3 HDD Architecture

(Barracuda 7200.11/7200.12/5400.6, ES2, Momentus 5400.5/7200.3) and newer. Most likely chip transfer will be needed.

    1. Full Model Number. Example: ST9640320ASST31000528AS
    2. PCB Sticker or PCB Number. Example: 100572173 E, 100438797100536286 REV E,100535537 REV A
    3. Optional - Closest Firmware Available to increase chances of PCB to work right away with no chip swap. Example: CC440005HPM1

    Thanks loki,

It wasn't working straight and complaint about mismatch in rom and app content.
I'll keep on digging on the matter.

I just had a 7200.10 issue with the PCB. I got the new PCB and slapped it on and away we went. Easy money.
