32 to 40

To all my Bristol friends. I sold my 32 last week. The gentleman who purchased it sailed away with it yesterday taking it from here in central Jersey, to Maine, where he intends to live aboard. On a more cheerful note, I am currently under contract on a 39/40. Having gotten surveyed last week, and painted tomorrow, an intended splash this weekend and sea trial next week, I hope to close on her next week, perhaps bringing her up the coast early to mid June. Will post pics once complete. Will also get the new owner of my 32 on this forum.

Now that I have almost finished about $10k in upgrades to my 35, you've offered me the opportunity to think about upgrading to a 40 footer. My wife will kill me. But I'm' still looking forward to seeing pics and hearing about your new Bristol.
