hi,first of all, I am only supporting build for Lenovo S103T (which I personally have). There are a lot of different x86models here, never heard of yours before though. Each model has most likely a quite different hardware, soI am sorry to say that an attempt to answer your question here seems futile. If you are a developer and tryto build yourself, you might want to search more information about your model and lurking in this group longenough to get bits of information of particular hardware that corresponds to yours. If you are a user, then I guessyou have no choice than to wait for a developer who has the same model as yours or start learning to build :)Anyway, once I am done with the next build I will push my changes to the git server, so s103t users can buildtheir own build, so anyone can see what changes was done.regards,RobillOn Mon, Feb 6, 2012 at 6:48 AM, Daryl Wong <dkd...@gmail.com> wrote:
robill,I am using a HP TM2. It works with the 2.2 generic release (touch screen but no wifi). It works with ICS ASUS laptop release (no touch and no wifi). I was hoping that your modes would work for me but it must have been builts on the eeepc ICS release. I have problems with the eeepc version as it get to the initial screen then comes up with the UI not working window. I am getting this with your version as well.It would be great if you could get the touch and broadcom wifi working on the ASUS laptop ICS release. Then I am sure it would work for me.Otherwise give us some detail instructions on how to get the touch screen working and the broadcom wifi driver installed.thx--To view this discussion on the web visit https://groups.google.com/d/msg/android-x86/-/0Y1cmm8mXIQJ.

Thanks for providing the image,

about wifi suddenly unable to turn on, it happened to me long time ago on Ubuntu 10.10. The switch button didn't help at all in this case, like you I found the Fn+F5 solution. So for all s103t owners, please keep in mind that bluetooth and wifi can be turned off in firmware and cannot be enabled by the wifi/bt button switch. Also Fn+F5 works only on windows, so keep your windows installation handy for this kind of situation.

It would help if Winrar made their support for 7zip good. It's frustrating to use two zip managers in an OS I rarely use. But then again, Linux overcomes that need giving built-in support.
How do i get rid of the frame border that blinks around the screen ?

glad, you worked it out. That flashing border is due to engineering build, should be fixed in the next release.
hi all s103t users,
anyone still see the white screen issue?
