Web bookmarks on the new Safari works really well between my iMac, MacAir, iphone and iPad.  Changed from Chrome for the reading list features- both work well as advertised.

Please count this as bumped! I also am really looking for at least the
basic ability to edit a note and add a web bookmark on the iPad. I
understand a fully functional editing, in all it's glory would be a great
deal of work. But how about some basic editing abilities on the iPad.
