Yojimbo and iCloud

All existing versions of Yojimbo require MobileMe to perform Mac-to-Mac syncing; they will not work with iCloud. 	How save is Yojimbo Sidekick encryption?
	I use Yojimbo sidekick for all of my notes so I can view this information on my iPhone. All my bank accounts and online passwords are in encrypted notes, so they are not exported to sidekick. 	Lion Native Full Screen
	Hello, Yojimbo seems to be behind the times a bit by not supporting native full screen mode. I'll be switching to an 11" MBA soon, and full screen would be fantastic. Editor loses focus - frustrating!

Every once in a while when I switch to Yojimbo and start to type into a note, the text field will suddenly lose focus as I keep typing. This has been happening for a while and it's incredibly frustrating once I discover my keystrokes are going to the ether. 	Editing pdf's
	Often I like to make markups to pdfs. On Yojimbo, if I open a pdf with preview.app, edit it and then save it, the markups are not saved in the yojimbo version of the pdf.
