I should note on a technical front that OpenOffice 2.0 presented this
stuff wonderfully well, for those who don't trust Microsoft MS.
Or one can use the converted PDF from Dirk, if one wishes.
All in all, there's a *lot* of evidence *for* SR and GTR. I don't
see nearly as much evidence for c'=c+v here.

The main thing to note is IMHO that it comes from
the MAKERS of the GPS and it proves that they
are fully aware of the relativity issues,
be they Einsteinian or Lorentzian or Weitzenböck,
affine or metric, or any other taste & flavor,
but they *do* use relativity in GPS, that is the point.
