which Criminal Mind(s), is (are) inflicting Harmful Altered Life
Energy Particles (HALEPs) onto or into parts of your body, and at
and into your soul
- the BASIC and MOST Harmful Energy PARTICLES inflicted being:
Drug-Euphoria Energy,
Ugliness Energy,
Unconsciousness Energy,
Hate-Pain Energy.
And the instrument is used to detect WHO is pulling or smashing your
pure Life Energy away
by means of the above mentioned Harmful, and by more insidious
and more cleverly Harmful Energy 'cocktails,'
and so diminishing or destroying your control
damaging your control over your body (resulting in the medical
profession existing) and
damaging your control over your thoughts and feelings and
emotions and intentions and desires (resulting in your
suffering).
And, when such an individual does these things to YOU, so he or she
will ALSO do to others,
and the Energy of that, will equally show up on the meter, at your
perception or sensing of Evil inflicted on others.

Text and remarks from the circuit picture:
a big coin, or bare metal soup can, in hand palm
in same hand palm, second big coin, or second
soupcan glued insulated bottom to bottom

You adjust here constantly, with R1 coarse and R2
fine, so as to apply approx 1V to 5V DC to the hand
palm, with (in the order of) 10 microampere, to
maintain slightly over 1V at Amplifier input.
ONLY for simulating body's resistance level plus
signal of fluctuation. NOT PART OF THE ACTUAL
CIRCUIT

shunt resistors, parallel to body's resistance
C2 shunts any possible interference from radio,
computer etc. signals, to ground
resistors to let the signal float above + 1 Volt at
Amplifier
Signal Acquisition Unit
signal to Amplifier
When body resistance drops, then the voltage here,
goes up. So, the drop in resistance gives a
"positive," a sudden increase in voltage, being
proportional to the decrease in resistance.
Display Unit Two - LOW (Raw, low-level Read-out)

+ 5V= (feed)
Main voltage supply: 9V battery feeds 5V regulator.
Sub voltage supply, about 1 Volt, stable.

The display units would of course be more
efficiently made up of tiny LEDs, and of LCD
displays.
