This starts with some technical data,
and then goes on to explain the meter,
its origin, and some philosophy behind it.
So I hope you can read through all the
resistors and all the voltages,
for that matter.

The upgrade is about the initial stage, that measures the electrical
resistance to a (microAmpere) current which is passed through the
hands of the body,
by means of a tin (or gold-plated) 'soup can' held in each hand
- or with 'two halves,' meaning two 'soup cans' not touching
each other with both held in only one hand.
The resulting voltage, that is occurring over the
resistance of the body part(s), is passed onto an
amplifier that handles the DC voltage and also the
fluctuations in it. (**)

If the actual signal - the very tiny fluctuation of the electrical
resistance in the body part(s) - is not properly picked up, then
you can amplify all you want,
but it is then without getting the necessary quality or depth of
signal
- all thoughts, intentions, memories, feelings, etc., are
transmitted by, recorded in and contained in Life Energy
Particles
resulting in a fluctuation of electrical resistance
of body parts, a vital signal -
that you need FOR DETECTING those particular Life Energy
Particles, that are connected to WHAT IS OR WAS GOING ON,
- connected to whatever (memory or intention, etc.)
you are specifically looking at or searching for -
and that result in Life Energy Fluctuations in the body.
You know it also from photography:
You can make a photo of anything, but you need to
collect enough light, in order to make those details
visible that you are interested in.

THE SENSITIVITY or quality of signal acquisition in the OLD CIRCUIT
- meaning basically the inventor Volney Mathison's "E-meter"
which was (as is the habit of vampires and demons) stolen
by the demon and vampire (the now dis-incarnate)
l. ron hubbard, *(1) who,
kicking out the inventor Volney Mathison (wrongly
spelled 'Volney Mathieson') after befriending him,
made it then his current 'Scientology' "E-meter," and
pretended to have invented it and all the therapy that
Mathison developed with it, as if it was by himself, by
the incarnate demon - but nevertheless that meter
IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR FINDING OUT WHAT IS OR WAS GOING ON,
that has however to be found out and has to be looked at
to restore your ability to see - to return to you (to repair) your
normal, and of course vital ability to (non-photon) see. *(a)

Now I have changed the input section
instead of my designing a wholly new, completely
different and proper circuit, which I will also do
as time permits or even demands
(which however should not keep you from doing
so, yourself)
but for now, I have only changed the input-section,
from the old (1999 schematics, which I gave you,
then), and I left the (actually quite insane or
antique) mechanical principle in place. (**)
I mean, in your car, you would also not
operate the valves of the combustion engine,
by hand, would you, but
you would, and do of course, let the motor
itself operate the opening and closing of the
valves, and very precisely at that.
But the, for us now old "E-meter" circuit,
lets you do all that by hand,
and this is connected also, by the
demonic *(1) creature l. ron hubbard,
to all kind of strange lore, called
"Auditing" etc. by him, indeed
- intended very specifically by him, so
that YOU WILL NEVER FIND OUT OR NOT
EVEN START TO LOOK AT things
that you really should look at
and that you should know about
yourself and about others, and
about history ...truth being absolute,
and all that,
to see that, what is intended to REMAIN HIDDEN FOREVER by the very
typical method of the Criminal Mind:
Letting you "learn and find out for yourself," that "YOU HAVE
FOUND OUT and YOU NOW KNOW ALL THERE IS TO KNOW,"
which is appealing to you because it gives a very
comfortable certainty, a feeling of wholeness, of
completeness
- a morbid feeling of peace, even.

Why do I write this ONLY NOW? You do know the answer yourself: I have
had to look at, to acquire and to write down in understandable form,
the understanding required to establish and maintain some form of
relatively undisturbed, peaceful life on Earth,
and to myself stay alive in the process as well, publishing the
Human Rights Issues.
The formulation and publication of that, has now, in crude form at
least, been completed to a reasonable extent, and rather irrevocably,
quite indestructably now,
or, as they said once in German advertising, "unkaputbar,"
(it is "un-kaputt-bar," meaning 'un-destroy-able' or
undestroyable, indestructible)
it has been published by me, made available to you for free.

Now I found, that I have to look in detail at certain past events,
and present conditions, to maintain also my own well-being in the
constant onslaught of highly toxic Evil and most violent attacks
from that Evil
- of course, and indeed, on Earth - these are attacks by Evil
individuals,
on the formulation and publication and on the author of such
great Beauty and such immense Love and such far reaching Truth
as I look at, and formulate and publish,
attacked by the "Underworld" of demonic creatures that are
living undetected on Earth, some living as millionaires,
or as heads of state (and some as both), or as scientists,
or as medical doctors - some are praised in the Forbes
magazine, Nobel-prized even are others, some are hailed
as "persons of the year," or as "most searched for on the
Internet,"
and also this evil side of Mankind, its "Underworld,"
exists regardless of race, gender, education, age,
nationality, religion, wealth or social position.

Again: I have to look in detail at certain past events, and present
conditions, to maintain also my own well-being - and I took that
opportunity,
plus the occasion of an 'untimely death' of my old meter after
ten years of unrelenting service to maintaining my health,
the meter's demise was, I presume, due to its
proximity to a running vacuum cleaner that was
sucking sandy dust through its plastic tubing
(thus producing mega-volts of static electricity),
resulting in
a common semiconductor mishap, a breakdown of
the Integrated Circuit,
which thus caused the necessity to build another meter,
and - while rebuilding the meter - the opportunity to face the
Energies (thoughts and intentions) connected to it:
facing the Darkness and 'Dumbification' that the mentioned demon
l. ron hubbard, and his hypnotized and willing cohorts of
'Scientologists,' have shrouded
not only him, but also
that simple electronic device in. *(b)
(If you want to be real technical, with Fine Particle
Physics: They created and they maintain Energy to BLOCK
understanding, thus to block improvement of the device.)
So I was wading through all that Dumbing Energy of theirs, while
rebuilding that meter circuit of 1999: (**)

That circuit is not at all designed originally, to detect what
you have to find out, but
it is built as a sort of supporting device to find what
inventor Volney Mathison called the "Tone" of a person,
the level of, and also the general, overall increase
or decrease in, electrical resistance in the body,
which is caused by
the density (or less density) of Life Energy Particles
acting in and on the body.
So, they - inventor Mathison, that is - established a 'range'
between 5000 Ohm and 12,500 Ohm, as "normal" range, and the
"patient," the "Tone" of the patient, that is, had to be brought
back into that range,
in particular after giving him 'charged' things to think
about, that would increase that resistance,
and making him look by means of therapy, at that 'charged
subject' till the resistance - the "Tone" - decreased
again and returned to the "normal" range between 5,000 Ohm
and 12,500 Ohm.

And then they started to use the meter - by looking at the very
small fluctuations shown - to find 'charged subjects' or
'charged questions,'
which they then would ask of the patient,
who would "run" the question "till the 'charge' had
disappeared,"
and posing that question and maintaining the patient's interest
in it, and having him exhaust that particular 'charged' question
or subject, "till the charge was gone," was
now called "running a process" on the patient.
This of course perfectly suited the total control
and domination scheme of the demon l. ron hubbard,
appealing to the deepest seats of despair, and
equally to the brightest promises of hope, within
the soul of people,
the demon using that activity, to very maliciously
- because all he says and does is in the end born
out of malice only - he very falsely claimed, and
kept on claiming, that
"the sanity of any soul can be restored,"
(except his own, and that of any demon,
of course, which was in no need of being
restored, because "he could just DECIDE
to be completely sane, in his 'Own
Universe',"
but for others, for 'aberrees,' for you
and me, "it was possible to completely
restore our sanity and realize all our
potentials, now" simply)
by 'running enough processes' "till all the charge
was removed,"
and for which "you had to submit to total
domination by the therapist, and ultimately
to totally submit to him, to the demon, to
l. ron hubbard, who directs all therapists,
as only he, the demon, knows all there is
to know."
Indeed:
1. The demon, l. ron hubbard, had and has
a superior knowledge about how to ruin and
deceive and manipulate and destroy people
and in particular their soul - it is, what
he has always been doing and it is his only
goal, for longer than you can remember, to
do so.
2. The processes and method of Volney Mathison
do work to assist person in finding what
he should look at and the process of then
looking at that.
3. Most of Evil people, spiritually seen those
Criminal Minds who constitute in fact the
"Underworld" on Earth, are connected in
one way or another to, and are spiritually
supported by, the currently dis-incarnate
demon, by l. ron hubbard, Energy vampire.
That is why I find the term "Underworld"
- that others in our culture desperately
have tried to define - so fitting to use,
here. {definition}
4. By him posing however as "inventor of the
science for and being in charge of helping
people to look at and to get rid of Evil
forever," the demon l. ron hubbard tried
- with now diminishing success -
to prevent people from looking AT HIM,
at him being the source of most past
and current Evil and suffering on Earth
and beyond, seen over many life-times of
his that I have researched in detail,
he being the source of that very
suffering of people that he claims
"he is the only one that can help
end their suffering,"
"claiming that he himself should be
in control of the whole planet,
so that people can be 'safe from
Evil' and so that everyone can be
'helped' by the demon."
5. Thus the demon, l. ron hubbard, found it
of vital necessity for him to take over the
invention of Volney Mathison, and to
claim and patent it as "his own," including
all the therapy that Mathison designed for
use with the instrument.
6. It was then easy for the demon to "prove"
his generally outrageous claims of the
compulsive liar he is, to be "scientific,"
scientifically to claim, that "running out
all the charge" from a person's "case,"
by means of the - indeed scientific -
instrument of Volney Mathison,
"would remove all 'aberrations' from a
person,"
which 'aberrations' the demon, l. ron
hubbard, already earlier had revealed
in his 'Dianetics' book of false and
misleading promises and bizarre claims,
calling aberrations 'Engrams' - hypnotic
words during Pain and Unconsciousness -
but these very mild concepts, of
"talking while a person is
unconscious, does install a post-
hypnotic and debilitating command"
are based, in fact - and he
does not tell that, of
course, that these are just
reflections of, and
are HIDING the gruesome truth
about himself of what are
instances of HIS OWN brutal and
sadistic, Life Energy vampiring,
"soul-cracking" and spiritually-
enslaving hypnotic inflictions
with drugs and torture, genital
rape and the like,
inflicted by him, and that not
only in his last life time, as
l. ron hubbard, of course,
inflicted by him on the body and
soul of people like you and me in
various past lives - but the soul
goes on, PLUS these inflictions.

Back to the physical part of Volney Mathison's invention, the
'E-meter,' as Volney called it,
which he developed, beyond merely showing the overall
resistance in the body, and the general increase and
decrease of it, to
becoming an instrument that ALSO could detect "charged subjects"
or "charged questions,"
or that then also could, and that indeed can show
by the motion of the needle,
whether you are able to feel "charge" about some
subject,
and it is important to point out to you, as
you are comparing this with meters to measure
physical matter,
that it is here measuring Life Energy, and
not physical matter, but its action on the
physical matter of the body,
you measure Life Energy, that is, the feeling
AT THAT MOMENT that the question is asked, and
asked BY THAT PARTICULAR PERSON who is posing
the question, or by yourself,
which are all highly relevant circumstances
or factors, that determine the response being
obtained or not obtained, as shown by the
meter
- people are not, the soul is NOT
mechanical -
so YOU may, but another may NOT, find
and be able to measure something to be
present,
and at times it may be contactable
and at other times not,
by prompting the awareness(-Energy) with
which to feel for instance as developed
by Volney Mathison and his therapy,
to determine whether - under the circumstances that
are present now - you can feel, as shown by the
meter:
'charge on a particular person,'
'charge on a particular event,'
'charge on a specific emotion,'
'on a specific idea,'
'on a specific feeling,'
'on a specific location,'
'on a specific Pain,'
'on a specific Unawareness,'
etc.,
or
'on which person,' 'on which event,' 'on which
emotion, idea, feeling, location,' or 'which Pain
in or Unawareness of what,' etc., the patient "has
charge" available
to be addressed and diminished by means of
therapy, after "finding something charged,"
which is called a metered "assessment," 'assessing
to find "an item"' that produces a considerable
response on the meter, and
that then could be used to "run a process" on the patient,
"to improve his Tone" (to bring his body's resistance
to show a value between 5000 and 12,500 Ohm).

The demon, l. ron hubbard, delighted in this,
because now he had a 'scientific' method
to achieve and "prove" a person to have been
made "free of aberrations or 'Engrams'" (freed
of hypnotic commands and hypnotic forces, as
he would like to have it believed)
"proven to be free of insanity" when the
'assessment' on the meter did not produce
any 'charged items' anymore; thus
"scientifically" producing a person 'cleared
of all aberrations,' or a 'Clear,' what he
claimed to be a 'Homo Novis,' "without any
aberrations."
Aberrations, that he defined as being
'Engrams' or as post-hypnotic commands
installed and making up a person's
"reactive mind" and installed "by life,"
according to him, according to the demon
that is, "caused in particular by early
life in the mother's womb:"
All that, is conforming to the
usual trick of the Criminal Mind
to use SOME PIECES of truth, like
in this case "pre-natal" existence
plus post-hypnotic commands,
to then weave and warp all his
Evil lies into it, to have the
mind of the public, your mind,
carpeted with those lies, and
with the main lie, which is about
himself - the demon - "being able
scientifically to make a person,
any person even, sane."

But also that "datum" from the demon, l. ron
hubbard, does, INTENTIONALLY by him, violate
life
(it violates that part of life described
in the Human Rights Issue
'Explaining The Scale Of Sanity' -
{HRI 20040619-V4.1.1}),
because the more aware you become, the more
aware you become of more of life and thus, of
more of your own insanities and of more
shortcomings and of more lost abilities of
yours (and those of others).

Of course it follows, also from the above, that only
a moron - or a person made insensitive, unaware
or autistic - could become 'Clear,'
and would on "assessment," with the meter,
make no feeling- (Life Energy) connection to
life, to past or future, to persons, locations
or feelings anymore,
and so would not elicit an emotion or Life
Energy Fluctuation or response, and
thus be declared 'Clear' by the demon.
It matches nicely with similar, Eastern and
equally destructive but appealing, pretenses
of "life," of
PRETENDING to be sane, of "having achieved a
permanent state, and sanity."

You know - also from the Human Rights Issue - that
increasing Sanity means INCREASING connection, to
MORE AND WIDER aspects and parts of life and people
- of which there are an infinity.
But the Eastern philosophies are all set up
to get a person to DECREASE his Sanity in
order to feel better,
to thus, with LESS (or by severely filtered)
connection, to create the Energy to feel "at
peace" and "safe,"
exactly as the demon l. ron hubbard wants
it to be, so that he is SAFE FROM DETECTION
OF EVIL, of HIS Evil, while inflicting it,
and so he is safe from those who are thus made
to "feel at peace," and made to "feel safe"
and "sane," by him:
Making you "feel better" by NOT feeling
the Evil inflicted,
Criminal Minds have made also that
reversed in language - of
course the better you feel
something, the more easily you
can handle and also counter its
Energies.
But that does not sell Aspirin or
Tylenol tablets:
they do not make you 'feel (Evil) better
so that you can remove it,' but they
make you 'feel (Evil) WORSE,' and indeed
they make you feel Drugged,
just as the Medical Trade wants
it - HIDING EVIL, and promoting
sickness and suffering by
malicious omission.

I rather look who is attacking me, and prevent
further damage to my body, than to swallow an
Aspirin and be PREVENTED from feeling who is
attacking me or my body's health and my well-
being.
I rather do feel and look, with the
VERY SENSITIVE meter, I rather sense
and look at who projects
(or who in the past projected, for
instance Pain Energy, that is now
residual, and that becomes
'visible,' felt when looked at,
when becoming more aware or more
spiritually alive, and sensing
the existence of)
for instance Pain, of which 'feeling it
better,'
feeling WHO projected what
kind of Poison,
does remove the infliction of that
Poisonous Life Energy (Pain-Hate Energy
for instance, but any kind) instantly,
or
- if it is a lot, and packaged
as a Poison-cocktail and is
tied to earlier such Poisoning,
and if it is wrapped in a lot of
lies, like "you caused it your-
self," or "you deserve this" -
then your efforts to feel it
better, will likely remove it
gradually, if it for instance is a
complicated Pain wrapped in lies and in
Unconsciousness and Ugliness Energies;
and removed preferably when there is NOT
YET any physical damage caused by it, of
course,
and preferably BEFORE any viral, any
bacterial or any other cellular damage
or malfunction has been able to develop
as a result of the infliction of
such Poisonous Energies by any
Criminal Minds,
who form, you could say,
the "Underworld" of Earth:
people - or rather 'individuals' -
who do such things as a "normal"
way of living with others;
such individuals teach, that
the creation and projection
of such Poison, is a way to
become "superior to others,"
to dominate or otherwise
harm and deceive others
even without that their
victims, or you, know how
to or WHAT to defend their
own life against.
Instead, people are demanded
to visit their licensed medical
doctor, preferably 'twice daily,'
and these are all educated TO
DENY AND TO HIDE EVIL, so these
lie continuously and most, most
harmfully to your health,
while people who visit
doctors, are statistically
in very much higher risk of
dying, than those who stay
away from the Medical Trade
of utter stupidity and Evil.

To hide Evil further, the "Underworld" claims,
that Evil "is similar to Good," or they claim,
that "both are normal," ...really:
"Good is indivisible from Evil" (they
give it a name, 'A-dvaita,' in Sanskrit
so that it then 'exists' and 'must be
accepted' as truth), "Light needs
Darkness to make Light visible," (??!!)
"Others need suffering, in order to be
able to appreciate Good," (??!!) and
"Suffering is needed for their soul to
grow," (??!!), etc.; and
- Criminal Minds having everything
IN REVERSE -
"therefore Evil must not be prevented," and
"therefore 'it is OK to hide Evil' - or to
camouflage it and mis-represent it," and
"it is desirable to PRETEND to understand and
to PRETEND to handle Evil, so as 'to keep
everyone happy,' and 'to upset nobody',"
and all the other trappings, that are
to the delight of the demon - to the
delight of the demon l. ron hubbard and
the rest of
what is fittingly described as the
"Underworld" on Earth.

From these very interesting subjects, we go back again to
the physical part of Volney Mathison's invention, the
'E-meter,' which had become an instrument
showing not only the overall resistance and the
general increase and decrease of it in the body,
but,
by measuring the very tiny fluctuations amplified
electronically,
that ALSO could detect "charged subjects" or "charged
questions," - and from that, of course, could detect
if the patient had "charge on some person" or "charge
about some feeling," etc..

The smaller fluctuations in electrical resistance were therefore
amplified by him, and thus he, the inventor, Volney Mathison,
had added
to the knob (of the potentiometer or variable resistor)
for adjusting to and thus showing the range of the general
resistance measured in the body - he added then
also a dial with a needle
(a microAmpere meter, consisting of a magnet with its
two poles, with a coil in between that can move
while opposing the force of a spring, and with a
needle attached to this coil moving in proportion
to the current sent through the coil - a somewhat
obsolete device, with present day digital displays),
and peculiar 'needle motions' were seen and catalogued,
'needle motion patterns' that are - quite erroneously
at that - elaborated ad nauseam in 'Scientology' by
its founding demon, *(1) and
somewhat comparable to New Age people who claim
- with not less error and arrogance - to know what
the (aura) colors of Life Energy Particles mean.

And you must keep in mind, that the purpose
of the demon is NOT knowledge, but is
manipulation and control,
but for which SOME knowledge (truth) is
used, and which is then perverted by him
and the vital parts of knowledge (of the
truth) are deliberately omitted or are
camouflaged and kept hidden, by him.
We do not want all his 'spin' (how he wants us to
"understand" observations, his 'spin') on things,
but we look at the actuality, the changes in
resistance of the body, as shown by the meter:

In the way described, the inventor added the visibility of
tiny fluctuations as well, in the overall measurement of the
electrical resistance of the body
which should, according to Volney Mathison, the inventor,
by means of therapeutic questions, be (brought to) within
the range of 5000 to 12,500 Ohms resistance,
measured with a tiny, that is, about 30 microAmpere DC current
through the (not too dry) hands of the patient holding the
'soup cans,'
and he, the inventor, proceeded so to measure and so to
give therapy,
until the demon "befriended" him and then kicked him out
and with a very slight modification took over his
invention - stole it, also by claiming it to be "his,
the demon l. ron hubbard's invention and work."

So it was and still is the Mathison E-meter - which then
the 'Scientology' demon, l. ron hubbard, stole and forced
others - forced his followers, and the press - to believe,
that "he invented" not only the therapy, but also the
meter of Volney Mathison,
and these 'believers' use and sell alone
already the instrument, at a profit of
two thousand (!) percent or such, in their
"non-profit" and "well-intended" organizations
and franchises,
trying to enforce a monopoly of "only their meter
can work properly"
- while in fact, as this FPP Issue
shows also -
THEIRS EXACTLY DOES NOT WORK properly AT ALL,
but dangerously and intentionally PREVENTS its
actual or most vital function
- of course: because THEY exist, to make the
demon l. ron hubbard NOT LOOKED AT, not
found out, not perceived -
which THEY call "a safe space."
Criminal Minds have - and want, that
others "see" - everything IN REVERSE.

So they have to generate, and they DID create and they DO maintain,
a tremendous amount of harmful, dumbfounding Energies
- any of those do that, who believe (in) the demon
l. ron hubbard; they are immersed in and they amplify
his 'moronifying' (moron-making) Energies -
Energies to prevent an understanding of all that what is VERY
EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE
including that what I did explain above about the meter
- in very simple words, about a very simple device - BUT
about a device that HAS TO BE UNDERSTOOD and simply seen as it is,
IN ORDER TO BE VERY SIMPLE AND USEFUL.

I have replaced the beginning stage in the circuit, the
actual measuring stage, (see below *) of the public
domain circuit that I gave you in 1999. (**)
The upgrading- or replacement-stage, gives a very considerable
increase in its ability to determine for yourself, what you are
thinking of or looking at,
an increase that is NECESSARY if you want to - or in my case,
have to - look at life and people in sufficient detail with a
measure of required clarity.

The basic idea behind the improvement was - and is:
It is by far not efficient enough, to measure changes in
a one Mega Ohm and bigger resistance (of the body),
by keeping it (by having the body's resistance,
when you are looking at critical things, hooked up)
shunted parallel to an internal resistor of 22 Kilo Ohm,
because that gives a signal corruption or
deterioration, of some 50 (fifty!) times,
which indeed proves now in practice, to be very
significant and (in my work extremely) important.

I give this circuit to you now - out of my kind heart of course,
too - (I give it to you at this time) even though it is very raw
data, without various embellishments and without the adaptations
and refinements that would make it monkey proof,
but I give it, assuming it is meant for the highly interested

that would actually use electronics, to do the work it needs to

- and I happen to know, by far better than anyone else,
WHAT work it must be capable of doing for you (and for

(a) What you are really interested in, is the stuff that starts to
give a very, very tiny Read or reaction at high resistance and
at maximum sensitivity,
the stuff that, when you look at it, then develops INSTANTLY
into a very big change.
Of course, it presupposes, that you still have some Energy
to do the looking with (all perception is done with
connection-type Life Energy Particles)
(by the way and to the so indoctrinated reader, this
'having enough Energy to look with,'
has nothing at all to do with having eaten 'enough,'
or having slept 'enough' which actually might rather
lessen your Energy for looking, at times;
Energy that the mentioned demon *(1) calls
"Havingness" in order to prevent his
hypnotized believers from having an
understanding of what perception is

and you can create Energy for looking - if it is lacking - by
having a walk or a ride and looking at people around you, at
their soul, at their Energies - feeling them, of course, which
(feeling) IS the basic and main action of perception or looking.
The mentioned demons are constantly busy to hit at and
block and suck away - also your - Energy for (non-photon)
looking, of feeling life, Energy to connect to Life.
So when you are going to look at a demon, at a Life Energy
Vampire - as also the named demon is one - then you have
to be pretty quick, and LOOK BEFORE HE OR SHE SUCKS YOUR
PERCEPTION ENERGY away,
and you might have to be very determined to look
anyway, to also look through all the lies the demon
(l. ron hubbard in this case) projects, that "You
can not look," that "You do not want to look,"
that "It feels horrible to look at and see him,"
and he tries to pull your perception Energy away,
and he tries to pull you into Unconsciousness
(Unawareness) Energies or into Dream Energies,
and there is not only that fight to see, but you may write
down quickly too, the result of what you see or feel, and
the course of the fight, and what you measure with the
meter, and what you looked at and saw at the same time,
of the demon,
because they ALSO SMASH OR SUCK AWAY YOUR ENERGY FOR
HOLDING ONTO THE MEMORY OF WHAT YOU JUST SAW.
Thus writing it down, becomes vital. You know of
most children, and of yourself, that when you are
born, all Energy for connecting to your memories
is gone, taken away.
Also, the medical "science" denies all this, and does so in
order to increase the suffering of people - and their own
income - considerably.
The medical trade, regrettably, is almost completely engaged
in hiding Evil, and has always been doing so, and thus they are
in fact opposed to the well-being of the society, of people,
because anything that IS wrong with the society,
and any lack in health and any failure in defense
against any disease,
is CAUSED by Evil, by Criminal Minds past and present,
ONLY,
and thus it is not possible to trust the medical profession or
medical organizations, at all:
They are TRAINED, INDOCTRINATED ALL, to HIDE EVIL, and
some medical organizations have as their only goal, to
SPREAD EVIL and to protect Evil,

'Scientologists' can not face even their own 'E-meter:'
Their book "Understanding the E-meter," as directed
by the now dis-incarnate demon, l. ron hubbard,
precisely tells and shows them, with many elaborate
drawings, EXACTLY NOT how it works,
and it is thereby - with the standard trick employed
by Criminal Minds in "education" - that "you are
taught all there is, by the experts:"
Their book is most forcefully suggesting to the
readers of it, that "they now know 'all about the
E-meter'," and it is the same, that all their other
"books about the E-meter," are doing,
and so these can not actually perceive or look at the
meter, neither spiritually to feel and nor then to
understand what it is all about, because
"they know, now"
- and they are constantly inflicted with similar,
very strong INTENTIONS NOT TO LOOK at the meter
itself, at its workings, because these imply
"you have studied very elaborately and done long training
drills and many courses, to understand and to operate the
device 'perfectly'," so "you know all about it."
They are now "experts" in their E-meter who know nothing
about it at all.
Test that if you like, ask them - they do not
understand it, while THINKING and claiming THEY
know all. You can test this easily.
They are prevented EVEN from knowing its electronic
circuit.
Such is the intention of their Source-demon, of
l. ron hubbard, inflicted on them.

Summary:
Potentiometer 500K, plus a refining potentiometer
of 100K, plus one of 10K, (instead of the one, the
old 20K potentiometer) - and a body shunt resistor
of about 736K (instead of the old 22K).

Description:
Central is a potentiometer (variable resistor) of 500 Kilo Ohm;
the top of it goes directly to the +5 Volt DC feed,
and the bottom of it goes, via a roughly 390 Kilo Ohm resistor
(practically, one of about 12K in series with one of about 380K)
to ground (to 0 Volt).
The final output signal of the measuring stage of the circuit, is
(by constantly adjusting the potentiometer) kept around + 1 Volt,
and that signal goes to the 'plus' input of the first Op Amp
(the Amplifier).
The 'minus' input of the Op Amp also gets + 1 Volt but from a
simple, constant DC feed,
so that at rest, there is nothing or practically nothing to amplify,
except the very tiny FLUCTUATIONS in resistance of the body.

Thus the Op Amp amplifies that fluctuation
- and you must keep the sensitivity (the amplification) at the very
maximum possible (that the read-out can handle)
(which may require then a second or more needle dials
cascading, and/or other indicating devices, to show what
happens at the same time at lower magnification [with less
amplification] and also to show various rates or speed
of change,
but I do not go into that here, not now at least).

In order to make the 500K potentiometer finer, you attach to its
middle- or slider-contact, another potentiometer of 100K,
and to make that one finer again, you attach to the slider of THAT
one, a 10K potentiometer.
So you have a changing voltage from that, adjusted by the three
knobs of the three potentiometers, each one finer, in sequence.
You can thus change it from giving the maximum of + 5 Volt, to
about half of that because you have the 390 Kilo Ohm resistor
under it to ground or zero volt.
We put all that at the left side of our circuit diagram.

This variable DC Voltage
we give it a symbol now, to later have a short name for it:
"point A" (the location of, and the voltage at, point A)
you are going to feed this through a series of two resistors, to
ground, and we draw these at the right side of our present circuit
diagram:
The top one of that, is about 736 Kilo Ohm (practically 680K in
series with 56K), and the middle, the point where it connects
to the lower resistor (which is about 167K)
we give that another symbol:
"point B" (location of and voltage at point B).

The voltage of this point B is going to be constantly adjusted
- to be kept at + 1 Volt - by means of your sliding or turning
by hand, the potentiometers as described above,
in order to match the changing body resistance,
which is (meaning, with the "soup cans" held in your
hand(s),) the body's resistance is thus wired from the
body to make a connection exactly
between "point A" and "point B" of the circuit.
The body's resistance thus shunts that resistance of
736 Kilo Ohm and makes the overall resistance there less,
and makes the voltage at "point B" go up,
and you compensate it down again with the potentiometers,
by hand, back to becoming +1 Volt again.

Point B is connected via the second resistor to ground (to
0 Volt) again, and that resistor is about 167K (practically it
is a 120K resistor plus a 22K resistor PLUS 25K [from the
middle connector of a trim poti of 50K set to half of that
value] - all those in series, make up about 167K).
