Introduction
The art of Leonardo Da Vinci, and the music of Bach and Mozart,
are as priceless in Beauty, as are the value and vitality of
caring knowledge and the 'wisdom shaping future' of the Human
Rights Issues - borne as all these are, from the same spirit or
Soul. This issue, on 'Fine Particle Physics' (FPP) is part of
the Human Rights Issues.
I am endowed with so vast an amount of Spiritual Intelligence
(defined as having that much love for people, as - with love of
people motivating the intention and feeding the ability - to
seek out and connect to those data, that are the necessary and
the most vital to the subject or to the goal to achieve), so,
that I have regained the necessary understanding
so far ABOVE current "science" in all its areas, including also
the philosophies and religions of East and West, and of North
and South, that I am inconceivably FAR above those who are now
collectively seen as "Academia," or as "Nobel-Prizemia" if you
like to be more expressive,
in describing the global "science" community which floats on
the highest COMMON level of their intelligence (which is too
Insane and too much captive in malice, to describe it without
nausea) with their uncanny belief about themselves and about
their "sciences" "being scientific,"
because in their "sciences," they omit about ninety percent of
the AVAILABLE and VITAL data from ACTUAL Science - and the
remaining ten percent data they DO teach, learn and use, of
that half is wrong data or is reversing actual Science).

Thus a demanding burden of actual social understanding is put on
you - your (of course Spiritual) Intelligence has to be present
to some noticeable extent, which is when you can re-establish or
even maintain a good enough (sensible, spiritually sensing)
connection to yourself, to your own Soul, and to others as well
- and to me of course, as I am the author of what you read now -
for you to actually be able to study the following data,
with my vague and not entirely unfounded hope about you, that
you might possibly USE these data (or do show it to someone
else who will be using it),
a use that will vastly increase our Sanity, and will increase
all that goes with such (vast, true) Sanity - Sanity being a
very rare quality and commodity on Earth indeed, and though it
is more scarce than diamonds are, Sanity is rarely valued, and
even more rarely sought - with the result, that 'only you and I
have it.'

PART ONE
'
HOW IT WORKS - HOW YOU WORK IT
Here we go:
Voltage from a small battery (regulated to give you out about 1
to 5V DC depending on overall body resistance) picks up
(measures) very tiny and very sudden fluctuations in electrical
body resistance, reflecting the abrupt changes in Life-Energy
PARTICLE creation and flow, in particular the concentration of
these at the palm of the hand. That's giving you - in only one
sentence - a more comprehensive and more accurate statement of
fact and understanding of the matter, than you have heard or
could hear from anyone.
This Expanded circuit {FPP 20090913} - this 'Energy Particle
Busting' circuit - WORKS. Though the circuit is exceedingly
primitive, it makes sure, that the tiniest, smallest - which in
actual fact are the most significant - signals, are not left
invisible, and not drowned out by the bigger signals.
So now these - the tiniest, and really the most important
signals - are NOT missed "as if these do not exist" with a "no
signal visible," missed and not showing at all, simply because
the meter was adjusted and operated (or even built, so as) to
show only the bigger signals - all currently sold meters (not
designed by me), do completely fail to register the very (tiny)
signals that are the most important, that are the truly vital
signals to read. That is INTENTIONAL, the designers feel
compelled to make sure, that people 'will not oppose the
spiritual FORCE of Criminal Minds,' and 'will only find out,
what is ALLOWED by those, only what does not oppose the
spiritual, Energetic, omnipresent and highly polluting, residual
or presently inflicted FORCE of Criminal Minds,
which is of course something that you can tell others because
THEIR goal is to be made to feel comfortable with lies and
oppression, but you can not tell me that for very long...
Their understandable - but harmful - idea, their completely
FALSE idea, is, that "the bigger the signal, the more
significance or importance it has."
They look for something that shows up in a big way on the meter,
in order to then examine only THAT, 'because it reacts so
strongly.' Or they even tell you, 'you can now stop looking at
it,' 'because "we have found 'your item' ",'
because they COMPLY WITH THE ENERGIES OF CRIMINAL MINDS, whose
Energies Earth is full of: They are compelling 'what one is
ALLOWED' to see or to sense, to perceive, to become aware of
and to remember, and to think, to feel and to desire and to
investigate - WITHOUT running into (feeling, or being knocked
out by) very unpleasant Energies indeed, the compelling,
harmful Energies of
Criminal Minds (again: who are, by their spiritual force,
determining what you are allowed to see, with their compelling
Energies inflicted on you (and on anyone), inflicted both in
the (distant) past (forming residual Force) and in the present,
and in the future too, threatening - their Energies compelling
how you are to "see or sense or understand" things, and 'what
you feel you want to investigate).
These people are "teaching you, how to operate a meter and how
to understand the patterns shown on the meter."
Even more malice "in the name of good," comes to view - that is,
generally from there, where 'Hate camouflaged as Love "Is The
Answer", to life':
Some people claim the meter to be "an objective instrument" -
which it is NOT AT ALL - and obviously so, when you understand
how the meter works (which they do NOT AT ALL):
As if your own or someone else's Life Energies (thoughts and
feelings, or those of others) that you look at (which the meter
signals) "are objective"!
But they intentionally or compulsively (intended with the
Energies of Criminal Minds, that they refuse to see as existing,
to face and to oppose, they do in fact) want to establish the
DECEPTION, that you have now "found out objectively," 'because
the meter shows, that "there is nothing more to look at";' and
'therefore you have finished looking now, for and at those
things that are of value for you to look at' - as "proven and
verified, by the 'objectivity' that any physical device, like
the meter, provides."
Those things may remind you of the "Google" algorithm (formula,
a computer program, based on the ideas of Sergey Brin or Erik
Schmidt, that) "what most people are looking at, is the most
important," and "what a person is searching for, is the most
important for him or her," which may, or may not even, hold true
for selling to them with targeted advertisements.
The point is, that you have to look for what everybody is NOT
looking at, including about yourself, and to look at what
Criminal Minds (after all, some 100 million people on Earth)
with tremendous spiritual force PREVENT or DISTORT your
perception and understanding of,
with tremendous spiritual force residual from their past
inflictions on you, and also created and as spiritual force
which has no barrier of distance, projected from anywhere,
inflicted by them in the present, and also fiercely threatened
for any future instance of you wanting to perceive, remember
and understand something (about Criminal Minds for instance)
that THEY VIOLENTLY, viciously and maliciously already far
beyond your imagination, OPPOSE - and THEY want to keep it so,
on Earth, and they succeeded pretty much - if only you look at
medical "science" or physics or political "science," already.
Some are claiming, that "the meter will tell you" (that is: 'the
signal,' the biggest signal or 'the Reads,' visible on the
meter, "do tell you") "what it is, that you should examine,"
"because 'the meter says' it is the most important thing to look
at, now."
And, which has proven to be a lot more detrimental to your
awareness and to your life - because it creates the very FALSE
idea and conviction, that "you now have seen enough of the
matter at hand, or of the person you look at" (your life is,
after all, based on what you are aware of or feel, or fail to be
aware of or feel) - further on in the action,
their meter is supposed to tell you also "when you
'objectively' have finished with the action of looking at or
remembering something or someone" - "it says so 'objectively',"
though the signal, merely and only shows fluctuations in your
own Life Energy flows and it shows those of others impinging on
you.
So this 'objective' meter "tells you" first, that you have
"objectively" been made to feel, that 'you want now to look at
this' "because the meter says so."
And then - after a while of your looking at something - the
meter then "objectively" shows the condition of your soul to
have improved so much, that "you do not have to look at this
further," but "have seen enough" and "found out now what you
need to know,"
Which may 'subjectively' be so, in a compelled way, it may be
the case in your present idea of things , but certainly not
objectively in relation to your own life.
There is nothing objective about those actions at all, because
they fall within the compelled boundaries of perception and of
thinking - the society, as it is compelled by the Energies of
Criminal Minds and their followers, on Earth.
And, to keep people trapped within that, the Criminal Mind
"adapted" the "Definition" of Life itself, to mean "Life
consists of 'whatever YOU consider there to be', 'whatever is
real for you:"
The Criminal Mind's "Wisdom," on top of that, intentionally left
out the existence of Life Energy itself, which Energy IS Life -
and which IS objective, it IS present or not present in some
form, objectively. And the Criminal Mind intentionally left out,
of course, how Perception works (which includes, to explain how
someone's perception and feeling is falsified by someone else,
commonly known as hypnotism).
Instead of looking at what SHOULD be looked at, they stay
immersed in their 'PERCEPTIONAL CAGE' which Criminal Minds keep
enforced on them (also on you, and on anyone) by means of
Harmful Life Energies, as described in {HRI 20070331-V2.7} 'How
to Dismantle Criminal Minds - Fine Particle Physics Major
Discoveries.'
A Perceptional Cage (your Blindness, your not looking at 'what
others spiritually demand you not to sense, and which Blindness
and which irresponsibility and lack of sensitivity) they have
compelled you, and educated you, to regard as (and which you
demand children to act upon and to consider to be) "social
behavior," "being kind," yes, even "being a 'dependable' friend
to others:"
by seeing only what you are allowed to see, what others will not
protest, and what others will not find unpleasant to be sensed
and made known - BY staying in your 'Perceptional Cage' - not
going to look for what Criminal Minds demand you NOT to see and
NOT to sense and NOT to be aware of, nor to understand... which
is the first thing YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING AT, in any place and
anyone you meet.
Instead they make even bigger idiots out of themselves and
others, by claiming for themselves or others, "Levels of
Awareness, or of Initiation, or of Enlightenment." The false
condition is described in HRI 'Explaining the Scale of Sanity,'
and in other HRI's as well, to restore the actual-life subjects
of Awareness and Sanity:
The more Aware and Sane you become, the more Aware you become of
how extremely unaware you are, and of how vast are the number of
Insanities, that you suffer from or have to live with. You can
of course call that 'Enlightened,' but then you first have to
define the term even vaguely correctly - which it is not at all,
by those who 'want to achieve it.'
'
Most people - including your friends - are not aware AT ALL, of
Criminal Minds that they definitely SHOULD be aware of.
Of course you must (be assisted to) look at that, what SHOULD be
looked at - for which you need friends, real friends, described
in HRI 'The Promised Definition of Friend,' a Human Rights Issue
-
which is opposed to 'what Criminal Minds compel you to look at,
or allow you to look at.'
And you should rather look at, what these (detected or still
hidden) Criminal Minds compel you 'to look away from,' 'to what
they make you spiritually blind' - but which, OF COURSE, should
be looked at or sensed,
and any real looking, will of course completely be WITHOUT
their, or anyone else's "permission" to look...
This concept is totally lacking in Science, resulting in current
"science" as you have to learn it at school and university.
Even in military intelligence, would you believe it, military
chiefs stopped staff or advisers from sensing and perceiving -
with dire results indeed: "They can't find Osama Bin Laden," is
a RIDICULOUS statement, in Fine Particle Physics.
Yet I already gave you the vital concept for stopping the
rampant destruction of Science, and for instead, advancing
Science, the basic concept of science being 'The Trinity Of
Science,' in {HRI 20030307-pi-1-V2.1} (TOS) - the Trinity that
directly OPPOSES Lies, Ugliness, and Hate.
And in Fine Particle Physics I have defined for you the actions
of Perception and of Awareness, how it works.

And THEN you do naturally use the meter signals of rapidly
fluctuating Life Energy Particles - to guide your attention, to
detect anything that is there, and to guide your looking at it,
which is an action - with your Perception-type Life Energy
Particles, 'you look at,' 'you reach out to:'
You make your Perception Energy Particles connect to that what
you want to see or sense or understand, thus you are bursting
open to your view, those Energies related to what or whom has or
should have your curiosity, for you to view or to sense what the
Energies (emotions, feelings, memories, perceptions) viewed, in
turn connect to or contain (bringing to view - whatever is or
was there - individuals, their intentions, their locations,
their ideas and emotions, their actions; including your own),
in relation to the subject that you should investigate or
actually should want to know much more about.
You might make correct conclusions, now, like: You do not get
anywhere with THEIR meters - those are deliberately made
insensitive, "so that they are easier to work with," with THEIR
concepts about "how the meter works," and "How to operate the
meter," PLUS their generally very false, deliberately made
debilitating ideas about life itself.
Furthermore you have very false concepts from "science" (from
physics and from medicine in particular, being the most blatant
and most destructive examples currently).
And they do indeed get nowhere, as far as uncovering the
NECESSARY knowledge and sorely NEEDED vitality to obtain
knowledge, is concerned - so indeed, to have "progress," they
PRETEND Awareness, a pretense you are carefully supposed to not
look at , to avoid and not to challenge, in order "not to
disturb or bring down their Awareness," and "you - 'not having
achieved any Awareness' - can not judge that, but must accept
what you are told about it."
And they indeed scoff at - they ridicule - those who DO look and
who do find out, and who DO care for life and people, and they
disregard the data others DID find, because the use of
"non-standard methods" and "non-standard Meters," "could have
never led to finding out anything useful."
Criminal Minds have everything IN REVERSE. And - their basic
intentions being the same - you hear the same 'arguments' from
those individuals, used also in other disciplines of learning.
And so also here: they themselves ARE the ones, who use
'non-standard' or false ideas about life, and THEY are using
'non-standard' or Meters.
And we want (the nature of the soul of) ourselves (and of
others) understood: THEY want the nature of their own soul NOT
found out.
'
But WE DO ...want to find out: There are the very small signals
(that THEIR meter does not register, or is set not to register
at all, but) the tiniest signals, and those ARE leading to
uncover vital content and abilities that have to be
re-discovered or recovered, because it was forcefully and
cleverly hidden, because it was and is kept violently submerged
by Criminal Minds in the first place, making that you lost and
keep losing most of your abilities and your memories of Life,
and removing the Energies of your body's health, and pulling
away your Energies for your intense Joy of Life:
These, though subdued, give a very small, very tiny signal,
depending of course on how much 'DESIRING-to-look' Energy you
have for it. Here you see a very big difference - WHICH
DIFFERENCE THEY DO NOT KNOW - of Small Particle Physics
(electronics, for instance, is Small Particle Physics) being
very different from Fine Particle Physics ('FPP,' the physics of
Life Energy Particles) in which Energy can be CREATED -
the Creation of Energy by you, the Creation of which by you,
can be inhibited but also encouraged (and a good teacher or
good professor or good coach knows this very well - to
encourage you or others to Create the Energy - Energy which has
the potential to do something, in this case: Energy that
provides and maintains the desire or intention, to look at
something.
They do not know all this, and they say "meter equals
electronics," and they are taught, that "Life Energy does not
exist," or that "it is an electronic phenomenon." They have no
clue even of the existence of the major four HARMFUL, poisoned
Life Energies, though they are and everyone is mostly immersed
in it. Small Particle Physics "scientists" - very arrogantly
indeed, very MALICIOUSLY - declared, that "only Coarse and Small
Particles exist" in Physics. *(n) [Alonso-Finn, Feynman, etc.]
The moment you USE the very tiny signals from the meter - when
you use these like a radar echo signal, and as a feed-back for
you to guide your thoughts accordingly, to guide your Attention
or Perception Energy - then you start 'to home in on' the
subject and on the persons that you need to understand more
about, and so
you CONNECT - PERCEPTION IS CONNECTION - and by the signals you
get, by that feed-back, and controlling YOUR OWN ENERGY
PARTICLES OF THOUGHT AND PERCEPTION NOT TO BE PUSHED AWAY by
those who will try to interfere, but creating and staying in
control of your own Perception Energy or 'Attention,' you are
guided and encouraged by the shifting in Energies of yourself
and of others, shifts that show as signals coming from the
meter - you are guided to create and direct Perception Energy
towards the circumstances you want to view.
And you sense more and more, while you penetrate the main
Harmful Energies that those use who to prevent or hinder or
block your Aliveness.

You create and you direct Perceptional Life Energy Particles
onto it to 'connect to it' - which IS PERCEPTION, regardless of
whether you call it looking, or remembering, or viewing, or
sensing, not only close by, of course, but also at a distance -
which is the same as close by, and it is your not limiting your
feeling to what Criminal Minds demand "is normal," but
NORMAL is to extend your feelings to a large distance, to many
people, and to many things going on - it is simply the
projection of your Perception Energy Particles or Attention - to
a distance or to sense a particular time span, like the past.
THAT IS NORMAL, if you want to feel fine, and if you want to
feel being yourself, then THAT IS WHAT YOU DO. But Criminal
Minds hate it - of course - they do not want to be observed.
So THESE tell you, what the medical profession tells you "is
normal and healthy," which is in fact killing your soul to
ninety percent, but THEY are only interested in your body -
perverts actually, they are, if you look at it like that.
And then suddenly you need religion, with all ITS lies
incorporated, to counter the destructive, very debilitating and
literally sickeningly false ideas of medical and biological
"science."

It is all SIMPLY PERCEPTION, which some people can do
(much) better or more intensely than others can, on certain
subjects, that is, depending on how much and in what subjects
they are (have been and are being and will not oppose) being
spiritually suppressed by the Harmful Energies created and
inflicted by Criminal Minds.
Imagine - which would not be too hard for you to imagine - that
you are living in a darkened room:
When you see a tiny, tiny spot of light - there where the black
paint covering the windows, is faintly cracked - then you draw
naturally very close to it: And suddenly you start to see some
part of the world outside.
Which - you suddenly looking at some part of the world outside -
then produces a very big response and signal on the meter, of
course: a tremendous 'jump' in your Life Energy creation and
output, and inflow of it onto your body and soul, from "the
world outside," from that what you just got a glimpse of.
But you MUST NOT STOP THERE where THE OTHERS always do end: "I
saw or sensed something that made me feel very alive, for a
moment - and, after all, it is my purpose, to feel good," and
then they stop looking - "goal achieved." But
you go and continue to look till you really UNDERSTAND what you
see, INCLUDING an understanding of the Energies of those
individuals that blocked your perception and prevented your
understanding IN THE FIRST PLACE.

You have ALSO forgotten that: PERCEPTION IS NORMAL and results
in awareness and understanding;
blocking of perception, perception being BLOCKED IS ABNORMAL,
and results in unawareness and lack of or false "understanding."
But Criminal Minds have reversed that too, for you:
"You have to 'improve yourself and work hard to achieve the
ability to be aware - you have to evolve" - so says or teaches
the Criminal Mind, and
they do NOTHING BUT LYING in order that they can continue their
evil unhindered and assisted by being the sheep that they made
you into. You sheepishly "accept the responsibility for your
condition."
If a five-year-old sees someone shoot his father, then you will
have a hard time convincing the child, that "his father really
shot himself" - but you are all ABOVE five years of age, isn't
it...

They had the meter set up, or built, so as NOT to register
and thus, to FAIL to uncover the really significant signals -
signals that with THEIR meter are wholly invisible, or are made
invisible by how they operate the meter.
They don't even know, THAT the signal they do get, is a
measurement of the flow and impingement of Life Energy
Particles. They deny Life Energy Particles to exist.
They "were not able to get a signal," "Life Energy Fluctuations
did not show" ...which is a strange thing to say about a living,
alive body, that is animated by a soul too!
A living body is absolutely VIBRANT with continuously changing
and moving Life Energy Particle streams and patterns and their
marveling colors.
But quite in addition to that, your body is all the time
bombarded with lots of Harmful Energy Particles too - already by
the very fact of your living on Earth,
which has some 100 million Criminal Minds living and
continuously projecting that Deadening, Harmful, Sickening
stuff, and that number (some 100 million individuals) does not
even include those Criminal Minds who are 'not living' (who do
not anymore have a body to be alive with, but who of course
also without a body do remain active spiritually, creating and
projecting their Harmful Energies at you and others, 'from
beyond the grave' as you like to say to show off your ignorance
and refusal to understand the simplest of things.

Not only others, but you too are affected, and severely at that,
by the Harmful Life Energy Particles ('HALEPs,' Harmful, Altered
Life Energy Particles, coming from Criminal Minds; and much of
their Harmful Life Energy Particles are already residual in your
body and around your your soul - inflicted earlier and having
become resident, inflicted and installed by Criminal Minds -
into your body and into its Energy structure, and into and
around or at your soul. ...Talking about living in a polluted
environment! ...And about Human Rights Violations!
A hundred million living Criminal Minds on Earth, is only a bit
over one percent of Earth's population, but almost HALF of
Earth's population is "led," or "governed" by Criminal Minds.
And it is all kept in place by Criminal Minds, BY their
preventing you - with "science" (and by means of their Drugging
etc. Energies) PREVENTING YOU - from knowing about it and from
detecting , measuring or seeing it.
This is not a compliment to journalism or journalists, and tells
you, that News services should NOT be run by a Criminal Mind,
also not when his name is Tom Curley. They simply REFUSE to act
on this which concerns their profession most of all.
They rather parrot all the Harmful Energies spouted by Chavez or
Castro, than to tell you the truth about what these say, which I
do write.

Again: Not only others, but you too are affected, and severely
at that, by the Harmful Life Energy Particles ('HALEPs,'
Harmful, Altered Life Energy Particles, coming from Criminal
Minds; and much of their Harmful Life Energy Particles are
already residual in your body and around your your soul -
inflicted earlier and having become resident, inflicted and
installed by Criminal Minds - into your body and into its Energy
structure, and into and around or at your soul.
And such residues or accumulations of Harmful Energy Particles,
are not removed by body cleansing, nor by fasting etc., nor by
withdrawing from the world, and certainly not at all by
sleeping, and never ever are these removed by taking any street
or "medical" drugs (expensive drugs pushed by licensed medical
doctors) to alter the mind.
But the Harmful Energy accumulations and inflictions ARE removed
by looking at or sensing these: When you see or sense them, you
have a handle on them and can move them away, or change them
into HARMLESS Energies. This is what any normal and healthy
person does all the time, much like breathing or walking, or
digesting food - without being aware of the nature of it, and of
the processes involved in it.
Or if you cannot sense these Harmful Energies (Drugging,
Ugliness, Unconsciousness and Pain are the main ones), these
still can be pushed away or overridden, simply by your creating
a lot of your own very alive and healthy Energy - as most
people, especially children, do who can be really alive.
And indeed, Criminal Minds want others to be subdued, to sit
still and do and see and think as they are told, and not be
alive and curious and perceptive, IN ORDER THAT you or your
children are hindered in pushing away and getting out of the
Harmful Energies inflicted.
Which they then can be made unaware of FURTHER, by means of a
"refreshingly long sleep."
