Along with eating too much you are not excercizing. Your motabolism is too
slow, so you got to get moving to reset your set point. No eating sugar or
fast food, and processed foods. Eat the foods that God made, and you will be
surprised at how much weight you can lose.

There are plenty of people who are exercising and yet gaining instead
of losing weight.
Moreover, there are plenty of people who are not exercising and yet
losing weight because they are eating less.
Eating less is both necessary and sufficient for losing weight.
However, in order to become healthier (hungrier), the amount of food
needs to be optimal along with everything else being optimal.
