infrastructure in the world, so there should be enough for everyone,
if we just fix the cost structure.

The USA currently spends TWICE what other developed countries spend on
healthcare, for worse results. We can cover more by lowering costs -
just make sure fewer HMO claims adjusters pocket the money in exchange
for frivolous recisions!

If an expectant mother has insurance, and their HMO refuses to cover a
procedure, and their fetus dies, they cannot sue their HMO for
malpractice.
HMOs routinely put the lives of the unborn at grave risk. Playing the
"rights of the unborn" card will not work here.
