Le Sherpa’s Market

On Saturday September 19th, Le Sherpa will start a new market in its premixes at Ramalaya on Pani Pokhari.

Our motto: Eat fresh, Eat slow, Eat local.

Only products grown and made in Nepal will be available through an encounter between the clients and the farmers and artisans.

More than 25 Nepalese and foreigners have committed in bringing their productions every Saturday morning. The most established organic vegetable growers, the best bakers from both sides of the river as well as the European cheese makers will join in along with surprising new comers from all over Nepal.

Artisan meat makers and restaurants will also be there, selling their delicacies.. Among others, the Old House, Chez Caroline and Kotetsu are getting ready to make you salivate.

All the food available on the market can be enjoyed on the tables spread in the middle of the market along with coffee and fresh juices by Le Sherpa.

Last but not least, in its terraced garden, chef Ram Hari Giri is coming up with 3 different brunches. A very special happy hour on Prosecco, Wine and cocktails should quench your thirst under the weekend sun.

On these Saturdays a vast parking next gate will welcome all vehicles while Le Sherpa’s gate will be only letting pedestrians through after 8 am when the market starts.
