Namaste everyone! Welcome to the Universal Yoga classes in Boudha. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm in the hall of PRK guesthouse. Fee is 500 rs per class. Universal Yoga is a holistic, integral and creative approach to Yoga practice. We are alternating more dynamic and more relaxed styles according to student's requests. P.R.K.(Pal Rabten Khangsar) guesthouse is just 1 min walk from the Stupa. On the first crossroads if you go up the Phulbari street from the Stupa, right side.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one - let me know.
