Hello..
It is my last post about philosophy and politics here in this newsgroup.
More philosophy about my personality and more..
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
I said that i think i am smart, and first, i will ask a smart question
so that you understand:
If i say to you the following:
I am a white arab and i love France.
or
If i say to you:
I am a white arab and i love USA.
Do you think it is convincing ?
So notice carefully my new smart proverb that says:
"There is an important difference between the appearance of a reality and the truth of a reality, this is why in science you have not to be confident with the appearances, since in science you have to understand the truth, so, to be able to understand the truth you have to know how to be patience before understanding the truth and not to rush in like a fool by lack of wisdom "
So do you understand it clearly ?
So now you are understanding that if you say to a person or to a country: I love you.
You have to know that even in science we have not to be confident with
the appearances of a reality, so the country or person have to be convinced that you are actually doing something for that person or that country that you love that benefit them. But you have to be smarter than that and you have to know the psychology of people and how people behave so that you become much smarter, hence i said the following in my below writing:
"So when you are a human and you look at a beautiful flower that we call a rose, you will have the tendency to like it, so it is like philosophy, we have the tendency to want to eat good food and to be more and more perfection so that to be the right perfection and strenght, and it is in philosophy like an engine that pushes humans forward towards more and more perfection, and as i am explaining it below in my philosophy that this strenght that brings perfection brings stability in this instability of life"
So as you are noticing that we can logically infer from it that the psychology and behavior of people is also that people are demanding "high" standards of "quality" even if they are not high
standards of quality, so this is why i am making you understand my personality by writing my thoughts so that you understand that i am benefiting people with some of my high quality scalable algorithms or algorithms that i have invented and that i am also sharing with you or i am making you understand my thoughts of my philosophy, because i know that so that people be confident with me, i have to be high standards of quality.
More philosophy about economic growth..
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
What factors contribute to economic growth?
"Increases in "productivity" are the major factor responsible for per capita economic growth—this has been especially evident since the mid-19th century. Most of the economic growth in the 20th century was due to increased output per unit of labor, materials, energy, and land (less input per widget)."
Read more here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_growth#:~:text=Increases%20in%20productivity%20are%20the,(less%20input%20per%20widget).
So as you are noticing that increases in productivity are the major factor responsible for per capita economic growth, so it is a so important fact that you have to take into account, and economic growth is important because it is the means by which we can improve the quality of our standard of living. It also enables us to cater for any increases in our population without having to lower our standard of living, so then i have just given my thoughts about productivity, so here is my thoughts about productivity:
I have also just posted about the following thoughts from the following PhD computer scientist:
https://lemire.me/blog/about-me/
Read more here his thoughts about productivity:
https://lemire.me/blog/2012/10/15/you-cannot-scale-creativity/
And i think he is making a mistake:
Since we have that Productivity = Output/Input
But better human training and/or better tools and/or better human smartness and/or better human capacity can make the Parallel productivity part much bigger that the Serial productivity part, so it can scale much more (it is like Gustafson's Law).
And it looks like the following:
About parallelism and about Gustafson’s Law..
Gustafson’s Law:
• If you increase the amount of work done by each parallel
task then the serial component will not dominate
• Increase the problem size to maintain scaling
• Can do this by adding extra complexity or increasing the overall
problem size
Scaling is important, as the more a code scales the larger a machine it
can take advantage of:
• can consider weak and strong scaling
• in practice, overheads limit the scalability of real parallel programs
• Amdahl’s law models these in terms of serial and parallel fractions
• larger problems generally scale better: Gustafson’s law
Load balance is also a crucial factor.
So as said above:
Since we have that Productivity = Output/Input
But better human training and/or better tools and/or better human smartness and/or better human capacity can make the Parallel productivity part much bigger that the Serial productivity part, so it can scale much more (it is like Gustafson's Law).
Also Productivity focuses on quantity produced, created, or completed. but the Throughput is the rate of production or the rate at which something can be processed (throughput = output / duration). Throughput is a measure of comparative effectiveness of a process or an operation, e.g. a count of items completed per month.
So then Throughput is important for Productivity, so then i am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have also invented many scalable algorithms that enhance much parallelism that is so important for Throughput.
Here is some of my scalable algorithms that i have invented:
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock-that-works-accross-processes-and-threads
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well
Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition.
Also an important factor in economic growth comes from the following:
"Heiner Rindermann and James Thompson uncovered that the “smart fraction” of a country is quite influential in impacting the performance of that country, for example, its GDP."
Read the following to notice it:
Let's look for example at USA, so read the following from Jonathan Wai that is a Ph.D., it says:
"Heiner Rindermann and James Thompson uncovered that the “smart fraction” of a country is quite influential in impacting the performance of that country, for example, its GDP."
And it also says the following:
"“According to recent population estimates, there are about eight Chinese and Indians for every American in the top 1 percent in brains.” But consider that the U.S. benefits from the smart fractions of every other country in the world because it continues to serve as a magnet for brainpower, something that is not even factored into these rankings.
What these rankings clearly show is America is likely still in the lead in terms of brainpower. And this is despite the fact federal funding for educating our smart fraction is currently zero. Everyone seems worried Americans are falling behind, but this is because everyone is focusing on average and below average people. Maybe it’s time we started taking a closer look at the smartest people of our own country."
Read more here:
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/finding-the-next-einstein/201312/whats-the-smartest-country-in-the-world
So as you are noticing it's immigrants(and there are about eight Chinese and Indians for every American in the top 1 percent in brains) that are making USA a rich country.
And read also the following to understand more:
Why Silicon Valley Wouldn’t Work Without Immigrants
There are many theories for why immigrants find so much success in tech. Many American-born tech workers point out that there is no shortage of American-born employees to fill the roles at many tech companies. Researchers have found that more than enough students graduate from American colleges to fill available tech jobs. Critics of the industry’s friendliness toward immigrants say it comes down to money — that technology companies take advantage of visa programs, like the H-1B system, to get foreign workers at lower prices than they would pay American-born ones.
But if that criticism rings true in some parts of the tech industry, it misses the picture among Silicon Valley’s top companies. One common misperception of Silicon Valley is that it operates like a factory; in that view, tech companies can hire just about anyone from anywhere in the world to fill a particular role.
But today’s most ambitious tech companies are not like factories. They’re more like athletic teams. They’re looking for the LeBrons and Bradys — the best people in the world to come up with some brand-new, never-before-seen widget, to completely reimagine what widgets should do in the first place.
“It’s not about adding tens or hundreds of thousands of people into manufacturing plants,” said Aaron Levie, the co-founder and chief executive of the cloud-storage company Box. “It’s about the couple ideas that are going to be invented that are going to change everything.”
Why do tech honchos believe that immigrants are better at coming up with those inventions? It’s partly a numbers thing. As the tech venture capitalist Paul Graham has pointed out, the United States has only 5 percent of the world’s population; it stands to reason that most of the world’s best new ideas will be thought up by people who weren’t born here.
If you look at some of the most consequential ideas in tech, you find an unusual number that were developed by immigrants. For instance, Google’s entire advertising business — that is, the basis for the vast majority of its revenues and profits, the engine that allows it to hire thousands of people in the United States — was created by three immigrants: Salar Kamangar and Omid Kordestani, who came to the United States from Iran, and Eric Veach, from Canada.
But it’s not just a numbers thing. Another reason immigrants do so well in tech is that people from outside bring new perspectives that lead to new ideas.

So the tools that permit to make the parallel Productivity part bigger is also automation and robots and parallelism and artificial intelligence.. read my following thoughts about automation and
about artificial intelligence etc.:
More precision about capitalism and about National Vanguard..
I have just read the following article from a white supremacist website called National Vanguard:
Why Capitalism Fails
https://nationalvanguard.org/2015/07/why-capitalism-fails/
And it is saying the following about why capitalism fails:
"Capitalism permits inheritance, the command transfer of private property to a designated new owner upon the death of the previous owner. And therein is the flaw: inherited wealth isn’t earned by its owner, yet it leads to a class segregation of men that has nothing to do with how much wealth they have earned; i.e., nothing to do with how much or how well or how significantly they have worked."
I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms, and i will answer with my fluid intelligence: I think the above article is not taking into account the risk factor and and the smartness factor, so there have to be mechanisms, that are like engines, that "encourage" to or/and "make" a part of the people work by taking risks or great risks and by doing there best (so that to become rich) or/and that "encourage" to or/and "make" the smartest to give there best with there smartness (so that to become rich), so i think capitalism has those mechanisms in form of rewards by allowing to become "rich" and in form of rewards by allowing inheritance, the command transfer of private property to a designated new owner upon the death of the previous owner: Since it "encourages" to or/and "makes" a part of the people work by taking risks and by doing there best (so that to become rich) or/and it encourages to or/and makes the smartest give there best with there smartness (so that to become rich).
And notice that i am also defining taking a "risk" as working "hard".
And the above article is saying the following:
"Capitalism constantly looks for ways to reduce labor costs. Automation made human labor less necessary than it had been when capitalism first appeared. When automation did appear, people who had the talent, the skills, and the motivation to make contributions began to find no jobs, or to become uncompetitive with mass-production if they tried to employ themselves."
I think it is not true, because read the following:
https://singularityhub.com/2019/01/01/ai-will-create-millions-more-jobs-than-it-will-destroy-heres-how/
And read the following:
Here is the advantages and disadvantages of automation:
Following are some of the advantages of automation:
1. Automation is the key to the shorter workweek. Automation will allow
the average number of working hours per week to continue to decline,
thereby allowing greater leisure hours and a higher quality life.
2. Automation brings safer working conditions for the worker. Since
there is less direct physical participation by the worker in the
production process, there is less chance of personal injury to the worker.
3. Automated production results in lower prices and better products. It
has been estimated that the cost to machine one unit of product by
conventional general-purpose machine tools requiring human operators may
be 100 times the cost of manufacturing the same unit using automated
mass-production techniques. The electronics industry offers many
examples of improvements in manufacturing technology that have
significantly reduced costs while increasing product value (e.g., colour
TV sets, stereo equipment, calculators, and computers).
4. The growth of the automation industry will itself provide employment
opportunities. This has been especially true in the computer industry,
as the companies in this industry have grown (IBM, Digital Equipment
Corp., Honeywell, etc.), new jobs have been created.
These new jobs include not only workers directly employed by these
companies, but also computer programmers, systems engineers, and other
needed to use and operate the computers.
5. Automation is the only means of increasing standard of living. Only
through productivity increases brought about by new automated methods of
production, it is possible to advance standard of living. Granting wage
increases without a commensurate increase in productivity
will results in inflation. To afford a better society, it is a must to
increase productivity.
Following are some of the disadvantages of automation:
1. Automation will result in the subjugation of the human being by a
machine. Automation tends to transfer the skill required to perform work
from human operators to machines. In so doing, it reduces the need for
skilled labour. The manual work left by automation requires lower skill
levels and tends to involve rather menial tasks (e.g., loading and
unloading workpart, changing tools, removing chips, etc.). In this
sense, automation tends to downgrade factory work.
2. There will be a reduction in the labour force, with resulting
unemployment. It is logical to argue that the immediate effect of
automation will be to reduce the need for human labour, thus displacing
workers.
3. Automation will reduce purchasing power. As machines replace workers
and these workers join the unemployment ranks, they will not receive the
wages necessary to buy the products brought by automation. Markets will
become saturated with products that people cannot afford to purchase.
Inventories will grow. Production will stop. Unemployment will reach
epidemic proportions and the result will be a massive economic depression.
More philosophy about Biden plan to raise taxes..
I invite you to read the following very important article:
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/18/business/biden-tax-plan-economy.html?auth=link-dismiss-google1tap
I think that Biden plan to lift the cap on wages subject to the payroll tax that funds Social Security will not punish small-business owners and reduce hiring, since look at the following paper about Small Business:
https://cdn.advocacy.sba.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/23142610/2019-Small-Business-Profiles-States-Territories.pdf
So if you look carefully at the paper above about Small Business, you
will notice that those Businesses that will have some difficulties with
the Biden plan are Small Business with fewer than 20 Employees, but
those Businesses that have 20 and fewer employees are a small fraction of all the Small Businesses in USA, so i think they will have a small negative effect, but the others that have 20 and more employees are much "capable", so i think they will be able to continu to hire and create jobs, so i am confident with the Biden plan.
More philosophy about unequal distribution of income and opportunities in USA..
As you have just noticed i just said the following:
I invite you to read the following interesting article:
How the American dream turned into greed and inequality
https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/11/the-pursuit-of-happiness-how-the-american-dream-turned-into-greed-and-inequality/
Here is the policy fixes for unequal distribution of income and opportunities in USA: One of them is taxation, combined with investment in productive infrastructure and education.
And notice that even Bill Gates is saying that a part of the solution to unequal distribution of income and opportunities in USA is to raise taxes of the rich, read the following to notice it:
What billionaires said about wealth inequality and capitalism in 2019
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/12/31/what-billionaires-said-about-wealth-inequality-and-capitalism-in-2019.html
So I think president Biden and its government have good policy fixes for unequal distribution of income and opportunities in USA, since the Biden plan would increase tax rates for individuals whose incomes are $400,000 and higher as well as for corporations which also would be subject to a new minimum tax on book income, also the Biden plan will invest in productive infrastructure, read here to notice it:
https://www.enr.com/articles/51027-biden-major-infrastructure-plan-is-on-the-way
More political philosophy about the what to expect from Biden-Harris government and ideology..
I have just looked at Biden-Harris ideology and i think that
Biden-Harris government and ideology are smart and democratic(
read my below thoughts about Democracy to understand) and progressive, you can notice it by for example reading the following article:
https://www.brookings.edu/blog/techtank/2020/08/13/what-to-expect-from-biden-harris-on-tech-policy-platform-regulation-and-china/
So as you are noticing that Biden-Harris are smart people because
i think that to be successful in the future you have to spend much more on digital infrastructure, and this what Biden-Harris will do, so as you notice that the above article says the following
2- HIGHER SPENDING ON DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADOPTION PROGRAMS
Inadequate and inequitable access to high-speed broadband prevents ordinary citizens from benefitting from the new economy. Our research has noted that basic digital infrastructure increasingly is required to access telemedicine, engage in online learning, apply for jobs, or get loans and mortgages. A Biden-Harris ticket could make closing the digital divide a national priority, especially for vulnerable urban and rural populations where obstacles in network deployment, affordability, and adoption still exist.
So as you are noticing that Biden-Harris are smart people because
they want USA to be efficiently prepared to take advantage of
the exponential progress of capitalism and to be much more apt and efficient in learning and education so that also Democracy works correctly(so we have to be much more optimistic about USA), read the following very interesting article to understand more:
Capitalism switches from linear to exponential growth
http://parisinnovationreview.com/articles-en/capitalism-switches-from-linear-to-exponential-growth
Also Biden-Harris government and ideology want more competition and
less confrontation with China..
Also Biden-Harris government and ideology want a greater tech regulation, so i think it is smart since i have also just spoken about
Antitrust laws etc. so i invite you to read my following thoughts to notice it:
More political philosophy about wich ideology to follow..
In political philosophy we can ask a question of:
Wich kind of ideology to follow ?
But i think that a smart answer to this question is also to answer the question of:
Wich ideology to not follow ?
This is why you are also noticing that also my way of doing
is that i am also answering the question of: Wich ideology to not follow, read my following thoughts to notice it:
More political philosophy about my new smart proverb..
As you have just noticed i have just written a new proverb, and
here it is:
"R&D (Research and development) and innovation bring
or introduce a kind of economic volatility, so you
have to know how to manage it and how to manage the
risk brought by it, so then you have to know how to manage
efficiently by not hurting good competition"
Note that "volatility" in the the dictionary means:
"A tendency to change quickly and unpredictably"
Read more here to notice it:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/volatility
This new proverb of mine also says that since the R&D (Research and development) and innovation bring or introduce a kind of economic volatility, so we have also to know how to manage it carefully and efficiently with Antitrust laws, and here is the why of Antitrust laws:
"Antitrust laws are statutes developed by governments to protect consumers from predatory business practices and ensure fair competition. Antitrust laws are applied to a wide range of questionable business activities, including market allocation, bid rigging, price fixing, and monopolies."
This new proverb of mine is also related to the below problem that
brings nationalism and its economic nationalism that hurts good competition, read about it carefully in my below writing and thoughts:
More political philosophy about what are the big economic problems of China?..
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
Here is the big economic problems of China:
First economic problem is that China is addicted to debt, look at the following video to notice it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IT7DTn9PKLw
Second economic problem is that China has Not enough PEOPLE for the FUTURE, look at the following video to notice it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4qFVuXEe-8
Third economic problem, is that China has the same problem of nationalism and its economic nationalism that hurts good competition that brings efficiency, and here it is, read it carefully:
Why is GERMANY Growing More Than JAPAN? and more about China...
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms, and today
i will speak about: Why is GERMANY Growing More Than JAPAN?
and more..
We have to be more smart, i think China is also reproducing the
mistakes of Japan, because Japan has protected its large industrial
conglomerates called in Japanese "Keiretsu" and Japan has
compensated there disadvantages even if they were not efficient, and Japan didn't hesitate to give the Keiretsu all kinds of advantages and privileges even if they were not efficient, and this was not good for "competition" and Japan has "failed" by doing it.
Look in this video carefully to notice it:
Why is GERMANY Growing More Than JAPAN? - VisualPolitik
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vou96yLuWXw
I think this is the same that is happening with China, since i think
China needs an efficient mechanism that protects correct "competition" that brings good efficiency, read the following to notice it:
Competition: Europe's awakening in the face of foreign subsidies
Our state aid rules are very strict: an EU company can only receive grants of up to € 200,000 over three years. In China, the three 5G operators received 19 million euros each through the megalopolis of Shenzhen (12 million inhabitants)… According to the Wall Street Journal (article of December 25, 2019), Huawei would have benefited from 75 billion state aid via different channels, figures denied by the company. State capitalism of China obviously raises the question of the inequity of world competition ...
The direction the Commission is taking through the "white paper" is not this at all. The Commission does not seek to copy the Chinese model by favoring subsidized European champions. She does not deny her position in the Siemens-Alstom file. Margrethe Vestager was very clear on this point: “What we are asking for is reciprocity and conditions of equality. […] We are not going to sacrifice the advantages of competition to do the same thing that others do, namely to subsidize companies. No, because we would sacrifice the idea that the market is there to serve consumers with fairness and fair prices. "

And to know more about nationalism and economic nationalism, read my
following thoughts:
My today talk is about white supremacism and neo-nazism and the far-right and nationalism.
So the first philosophical question is how to talk about
those above ideologies?
I think that it is also like a Mensa IQ test, so since i think i am smart, i have to use my smartness to solve the Mensa IQ test, so when you are smart, so how can you solve the problem(that is like a Mensa IQ test) of those above ideologies ? i think that i have first to detect the important pattern with my fluid intelligence, and i have to see clearly the pattern(like for example getting into the details from the abstraction of the pattern), and the important pattern is the following:
Notice that it is like an optimization problem of artificial intelligence that looks like PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization), it is what we call Swarm intelligence, and in PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) there is what we call local optimization that we call exploitation, and there is what we call global optimization that we call exploration(read about PSO in my thoughts below so that to understand), so if PSO is not balanced correctly with exploitation and exploration it can not converge to the global optimum, we say that PSO has to guarantee the optimal convergence, so if it is not correctly balanced with both exploitation and exploration it can get stuck in a local maximum and not to converge to global optimum, so then notice that with logical analogy, exploration and exploitation of PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) is in philosophy like seeking the right balance between individualism and collectivism that guarantees the optimal convergence like in PSO, or it is like seeking the right balance between collaboration and competition that guarantees the optimal convergence like in PSO, so then since the above ideologies are nationalism and nationalism is too much local optimization and lack of global optimization , it is too much competition and lack of collaboration or cooperation, so it is by logical analogy like too much exploitation and lack of exploration in PSO, so this is not good and here is how to notice it , read the following:
Read the following article about economic nationalism:
Rise of Economic Nationalism and Its Implications
https://www.lewisu.edu/experts/wordpress/index.php/rise-of-economic-nationalism-and-its-implications/
Notice that it says the following:
"Countries benefit with cooperation between countries to mutual benefit, becoming too nationalistic at the expense of its partners is counterproductive. It is an approach that creates conflict. Being more nationalistic tends to be a zero sum game in an increasingly interdependent world economy, where countries depend on other countries for their economic and political and national security well being. When companies cooperate, they can become more competitive. When they are more competitive, they hire more workers, pay higher salaries, and otherwise contribute to economic growth. Economic nationalism is a bad policy."
So a you are noticing that nationalism is not the right way to do.
This is why i also said the following:
More political philosophy about globalization and nationalism..
I am a white arab and i think i am more smart, so today i will
talk about a very important subject about Globalization and nationalism,
so i will invite you to look at the following video of Marine Le Pen of
the far-right political party in France:
Marine Le Pen explains why nationalism is important
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNpI9wKnE8Q
As you notice that Marine Le Pen is saying in french that the
fight today is between nationalism and globalization, since
Marine Le Pen says that globalization is a treat to national
identity and is a treat to national sovereignty, but i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly globalization, since i think that nationalism is too much competition and communism and socialism is too much collaboration , so i think the best way is to seek like a balance between collaboration and competition and when we look
at globalization you will notice that we are collaborating with others by for example sharing Open Source softwares or Free softwares or PhD papers or knowledge on internet etc, and we are also competition by not collaborating with others, and with this new kind of model we are noticing that we are not just one identity like being french, but we are becoming multiple identities because this kind of new model is making a part of us that collaborate "universal", and this is why i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly this new kind of model of like seeking a balance between competition and collaboration , and i think that this new model is better because it is more efficient , because i think this partly collaboration of this new model is good and more efficient for creativity, innovation, adaptability and speed of progress, i also think in capitalism the price of internet has gotten cheap and the price of computers has gotten cheap, so we are able today to access internet with a low price and benefit from "collaboration" and also sharing in internet, for example look at me, i have invented many scalable algorithms and i have decided to share some of them with the others, and it is of course collaboration , so look for example at my following inventions of scalable algorithms that i have shared with others, here they are:
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well
Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition.
More of my philosophy about what is a successful country..
I invite you to look at the following interesting video:
Why Israel is a Tech Capital of the World
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuPx61911Oo
I think that this jewish from Israel that is talking in the above video is not thinking correctly, because there is two important things that you must have so that a country be successful: Capital and talents, the above video is making a mistake by saying that you need the two so that
to be successful, i mean it is saying that you need Capital and talents, but i think he is making a mistake, because i think that Capital can attract talents, so Capital can make you successful as a country, so then i can logically infer that so that to have capital that make you successful, you have to know how to construct a product or services that you can sell from those competitive advantages of competitive part or parts of product or service that can come from you or/and can come from different countries of the global world, and it is i think an efficient way that makes you adapt quickly and efficiently in this globalization, and notice with me that having competitive part or parts of a product or service doesn't mean it has to come from R&D(Research and development),
also the above video of the jewish from Israel is not saying that Capital can come from "democratization" of finance, since
you have to know that our global world has changed very much by being democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information, read my following thoughts so that you also understand that Capital also comes from democratization of finance:
More about "democratization" of finance..
This "democratization" of finance is also for Research and Development (R&D))..
And look at the following "democratization" of finance so that to understand:
The 4 tools making capital more abundant than it’s ever been
Read more here:
https://singularityhub.com/2018/07/19/the-4-tools-making-capital-more-abundant-than-its-ever-been/
About democratization of digital technology and technology and Research and Development (R&D) investment
This is also why i said the following:
Look at the following interesting video:
Can South Korea lead global innovation in Fourth Industrial Era?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUw8gCShEcI
But i think that this minister of education, science and technology
of south Korea looks somewhat archaic since he is not taking correctly
into account the democratization of digital technology and Technology that permits you to economically grow very rapidly and much cheaply than using "expensive" Research and Development (R&D) investment, so i think that he is not correctly adapting to the realities, because the economic realities have very much changed, since also our era of globalization has been characterized by the democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information.
Here is more proof of what i am saying:
2. Question: What do you mean by “Democratizing Innovation”?
Eric von Hippel:
The tools for designing high-quality innovations are getting so cheap and so ubiquitous that individuals can innovate for themselves at a steadily higher quality and at a steadily decreasing cost. These sophisticated modern tools are computer-based, and require relatively little training and practice. As a result, even hobbyist users find they can use them to design new products and services.

More precision on how to be successful in this globalization..
I have just corrected a little bit my post, read it again carefully:
I invite you to read the following interesting article about Globalization:
3 Keys to Successful Globalization
Read more here:
https://www.industryweek.com/the-economy/article/21938770/3-keys-to-successful-globalization
So as you are noticing that so that to be successful in this globalization you have to have a good "strategy" and you have to
have a "competitive" advantage, and this competitive advantage can
be a competitive advantage by having a competitive part or parts of a service or product that the others don't have and that you can sell
globally, so as you are noticing that in this globalization you have to be smart so that to be successful, since i think that you have not to have just a full product such as a car, but you can have a competitive advantage by having a competitive part or parts of a car that the others don't have and that you can sell and that makes you successful in this globalization, so to be successful in this globalization you have to know how to construct a product or services that you can sell from those competitive advantages of competitive part or parts of product or service that can come from you or/and can come from different countries of the global world, and it is i think an efficient way that makes you adapt quickly and efficiently in this globalization.
The Economic Benefits of Globalization for Business and Consumers
Read more here:
https://ecipe.org/publications/the-economic-benefits-of-globalization-for-business-and-consumers/
Note that it says:
"Globalization has increased real wages by lowering the cost of consumption."
So i think that since globalization has increased real wages,
this increased real wages creates more jobs locally inside the country.
Will globalisation take away your job?
"Governments need to pay more attention to social policy, says Prof Baldwin. "In the post-war period of globalisation we liberalised trade but at the same time we expanded social welfare - instituted low-cost education and retraining for workers.
"In essence there was a set of complementary policies that reassured workers that they would have a good chance of taking advantage of globalisation."
The challenges all this is throwing up for governments are many, but Prof Baldwin says it should be possible to develop policies that embrace globalisation - and give workers displaced by it the support they need.

More precision about What billionaires said about wealth inequality and capitalism..
Read below i am giving more precision by saying that i think that Bill Gates is right by saying that we have to raise taxes of the rich and i think it is a part of the solution for unequal distribution of income and opportunities..
I have just written the following:
============
More about Globalization and the unequal distribution of income and
opportunities..
Jedi Master that is a supporter of Donald Trump has just responded to me
the following:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/soc.culture.usa/f0_oA92rIwE
I think that Jedi Master is not right, because Donald Trump and his
governance have not yet dealt with the unequal distribution of income
and opportunities, read the following To notice it:
Globalization and Inequality: Sharing Wealth One of Society’s Greatest
Challenges
https://theglobepost.com/2019/01/30/globalization-inequality/
And read my previous thoughts to understand:
More political philosophy about Globalization and USA and Donald Trump..
I think Donald Trump is not managing correctly, because USA and Donald
Trump have to deal with the unequal distribution of income and
opportunities, read the following to notice it:
Overcoming zero-sum games to sustain growth and globalisation
https://voxeu.org/article/overcoming-zero-sum-games-sustain-growth-and-globalisation
"The protesters claim that globalization is bad for poor people in poor countries. A large body of evidence, however, suggests the opposite—though clearly globalization can result in unsettling experiences for many who live in the developing world. My recent
research with Nancy Birdsall and Stefano Pettinato suggests that globalization has brought substantial benefits and opportunities for upward mobility for many low-income individuals in the emerging economies. Yet these same opportunities entail new vulnerabilities and new risks for others."
Read carefully here:
https://www.brookings.edu/articles/winners-and-losers-perspectives-on-globalization-from-the-emerging-market-economies/
=============
And i think here is a part of the solution of the problem of unequal distribution of income and opportunities: i think that Bill Gates is right by saying that we have to raise taxes of the rich,
Read the following:
What billionaires said about wealth inequality and capitalism in 2019
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/12/31/what-billionaires-said-about-wealth-inequality-and-capitalism-in-2019.html
More political philosophy about the appearances and the reality..
I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have also invented
many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
Do you remember my new smart proverb, here it is:
"There is an important difference between the appearance of a reality and the truth of a reality, this is why in science you have not to be confident with the appearances, since in science you have to understand the truth, so, to be able to understand the truth you have to know how to be patience before understanding the truth and not to rush in like a fool by lack of wisdom "
So as you will notice that this proverb of mine is really smart,
and if you are smart you will rapidly find a pattern with your
fluid intelligence, and it is that by looking at Hitler and his evil
and such evil , you can think that humanity is not good, but this is not technically right, since it is like a mechanism of the alternance of the day and night that brings beauty and pleasure, so humanity has experienced evil in the past, but this evil has brought more insight(a deep understanding) that permit us to be much better as a humanity, so look for example at stupid people in internet, by looking at this stupidity of stupid people in internet, we are also rapidly adapting so that to efficiently fight this stupidity of stupid people in internet, and look for example at when this Coronavirus crisis will be over, we will have learned how to appreciate much more our kind of civilization or pleasures of life, so the sadness of Coronavirus crisis will soon bring happiness and pleasures of life when Coronavirus crisis will be over, so as you notice that this mechanism that looks like the alternance of the day and night brings more beauty and more perfection and brings more order, so i think that we have to be more optimistic since i also i think that we humans are collectively smart. Read my following thoughts to understand it:
More philosophy about order and human dignity..
How do you think we can define "order" ?
So i will technically define it by my own smart brain so that you understand it correctly:
So to measure "order" you have to measure it relatively
to a sequence or pattern or method or a plan, so then order
is measured by setting morality that is about perfection and that must be progressive as i have proved it in my thoughts of my philosophy below, so then we can logically infer the following: To be order is to be the right morality or to be the right perfection.
More political philosophy of what is that we call human dignity..
You have to know that i think i am a philosopher, so i will ask
the philosophical question of:
What is that we call human dignity ?
So you are noticing that it is a really smart question, so i think
i am smart, so follow my way of answering it:
So i will start to ask a very smart question so that you understand:
Do you have to love smartness or to love order ?
So if you are smart you will quickly find the pattern with your fluid
intelligence, and you can more clearly see the pattern if i
ask another questions like:
Do we have to marry a beautiful person ?
Do all humans have to or can be rich ?
So you are now more clearly seeing the pattern, and it is that in philosophy the most important thing is to know how to be order and
to be order ! and it is order that gives "dignity" to humans !
so now you are seeing more clearly that we have to be really
smart so that to make the others know how to be order ! this is
why you are seeing me thinking and writing my thoughts of my
political philosophy as i am writing them so that to bring order,
and you have to know that in philosophy by setting order you are setting perfection that we have to be, and as you will notice in my philosophy
below that morality is about perfection and morality has to be progressive, read all my following thoughts of my philosophy so that you understand:
More of my philosophy about human life..
I invite you to look at this very interesting video of
a swedish women that is showing what looks like
the Winter in Sweden:
My daily Life in the Winter with hardships & beauty
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEJSfbqBPEc
And notice that the above video shows that my below philosophy is correct, since notice how the swedish women in the video above is learning from the difficulties of Winter how to appreciate much more even simple pleasures of life, and notice how this mechanism, that i am talking about in my below philosophy, is bringing much more happiness to the swedish women in the above video, so here is my philosophy, read it carefully and notice how it is smart:
More philosophy about the strenght of philosophy..
I will ask a smart philosophical question:
Is human life sad ?
I think i am a philosopher and i will answer this question:
When you are smart you will know that morality needs the right "balance", like a balance between competition and collaboration, or like a balance between individualism and collectivism, so human life is the same, it needs requirements so that to be pleasure of life, for example human life needs the alternance of the day and night that brings beauty and that brings pleasure, so i think human life has this kind of alternances that brings happiness and pleasures as an essence, for example when this Coronavirus crisis will be over, we will have learned how to appreciate more our kind of civilization or pleasures of life, so the sadness of Coronavirus crisis will soon bring happiness and pleasures of life when Coronavirus crisis will be over, so as you are noticing it is like the alternance of the day and night that brings beauty and pleasure, so you have to read my philosophy below about from where comes happiness and pleasures of life so that you understand that human life is not absurd and is not sad.
More philosophy about the great movie called Cast Away..
I invite you to look at the following short video of a great movie called Cast Away:
Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Robert Zemeckis and two-time Oscar winner Tom Hanks reunite to explore the blessings and heartache of fate and the survival of the human spirit. Tom Hanks gives one of the towering screen performances of all time as Chuck Noland, a FedEx systems engineer whose ruled-by-the-clock existence abruptly ends when a harrowing plane crash leaves him isolated on a remote island. As Chuck struggles to survive, he finds that his own personal journey has only just begun...
Look here at the following short video of this great movie called Cast Away:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zZ3UYd1UxA
I think you have to look or look again at this great movie, because when you are smart you will notice that the movie also learns you the way of my philosophy below, i mean that
Chuck Noland in the video(that is Tom Hanks) is getting like more and more hungry for our kind of civilization by being isolated on a remote island and he is learning to understand the
way of my philosophy below about from where comes happiness and pleasures of life, because by being isolated on a remote island he is also learning to appreciate our kind civilization and this is also from where comes happiness, so you have to be smart by reading my following thoughts of my philosophy about from where comes happiness and pleasures of life and by at the same time making the logical analogy with the great movie above that we call Cast Away:
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms, and i think i am a philosopher, so i will ask a philosophical question:
From where comes happiness and pleasures of life?
It is like beauty of the alternance of the day and night, from this alternance of the day and night comes beauty and a kind of pleasure, so i think that happiness comes from this kind of alternance, i mean that for example you will get a great pleasure from eating a Moroccan Couscous Bidaoui(read about it below) when you are hungry, so from this alternance of being hungry and eating a Moroccan Couscous comes this great pleasure of life that gives happiness and that gives the meaning of life, so you have to know how to be this alternance , i mean when for example you work hard and after that you give
yourself peace by taking a rest and you also give yourself a pleasure like eating a Moroccan Couscous Bidaoui, you will get a great pleasure, so you have to know how to be this alternance of being hard work and giving yourself peace by taking a rest, this is from where comes happiness and this is from where comes the meaning of human existence,
read all my following philosophy to understand more:
More of my philosophy about pleasures of life..
As you have noticed i have talked before about the meaning and purpose of life (read below my thoughts)..
And here is more explanation of what i was saying about pleasures of life:
101 Simple Pleasures to Boost Happiness
According to Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project and Happier at Home. "It's not life changes like a new house or a fancy car that make the most impact, but sometimes little things like the smell of an orange, that give the biggest happiness boost," says Rubin.
Read more here:
https://www.huffpost.com/entry/simple-pleasures_b_3038326
More philosophy about do we have to measure it relatively or absolutely..
When you measure an IQ , you can measure it relatively to the distribution of other IQs, but is it the right measure? so this question is really important, since the philosopher Albert Camus was measuring the meaning and purpose of life by measuring it like absolutely by saying that human existence is absurd by saying:
"Absurdism arises out of the tension between our desire for order, meaning and happiness and, on the other hand, the indifferent natural universe’s refusal to provide that."
But i think this is a mistake, since in my philosophy i am measuring the meaning of human existence "relatively" to pleasures of life that are like "powerful" drugs that bring us more happiness and so they give meaning to human existence(since they are like powerful drugs) and they permit us to go forward towards more and more perfection and this going forward towards more and more perfection is also the goal of morality(read below my political philosophy about morality so that to understand it), so i think i am right by saying so, so then human existence is not absurd.
More philosophy about the hypothetical and the reality..
Do we have to measure it absolutely or relatively ?
This is an important question in philosophy:
So how do we have to measure happiness ? and is happiness real ?
So i think that the philosopher Albert Camus was not smart when he said that human existence is absurd, by saying the following:
"Absurdism arises out of the tension between our desire for order, meaning and happiness and, on the other hand, the indifferent natural universe’s refusal to provide that."
So what is the right way to measure it ?
I think it is like science, since we are not yet perfect, so i think it is "hypothetical" to say that human existence is absurd like was saying the philosopher Albert Camus, because we have to to be pragmatic in science and measure it taking into account our "imperfections" and "limitations", so the are we happy must be measured in a pragmatic way, so then you can notice that my philosophy is more pragmatic, since it is explaining that happiness comes not only from pleasures of life, but it also comes from the alternance of being "hungry" for taking a rest and taking a rest or from the alternance of being hungry and eating a delicious meal, so happiness comes from the difficulties of life that make us more hungry for(and i think this gives much more intensity to pleasures of life) or make us appreciate much more the pleasures of life, so they make us more happy, and i think this is the secret of life, so then human existence is not absurd, since the meaning of life is that we are getting happiness from this kind of mechanism that looks like the alternance of the day and night from where comes beauty and a kind of pleasure, so then we have to be careful by being selective of the kind of pleasures of life that make us happy so that for example to not be too much materialism that causes problems.

As you notice that Marine Le Pen is saying in french that the
fight today is between nationalism and globalization, since
Marine Le Pen says that globalization is a treat to national
identity and is a treat to national sovereignty, but i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly globalization, since i think that nationalism is too much competition and communism and socialism is too much collaboration , so i think the best way is to seek like a balance between collaboration and competition and when we look
at globalization you will notice that we are collaborating with others by for example sharing Open Source softwares or Free softwares or PhD papers or knowledge on internet etc, and we are also competition by not collaborating with others, and with this new kind of model we are noticing that we are not just one identity like being french, but we are becoming multiple identities because this kind of new model is making a part of us that collaborate "universal", and this is why i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly this new kind of model of like seeking a balance between competition and collaboration , and i think that this new model is better because it is more efficient , because i think this partly collaboration of this new model is good and more efficient for creativity, innovation, adaptability and speed of progress, i also think in capitalism the price of internet has gotten cheap and the price of computers has gotten cheap, so we are able today to access internet with a low price and benefit from "collaboration" and also sharing in internet, for example look at me, i have invented many scalable algorithms and i have decided to share some of them with the others, and it is of course collaboration , so look for example at my following inventions of scalable algorithms that i have shared with others, here they are:
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock-that-works-accross-processes-and-threads
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs
https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well
Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition.
More philosophy about what is artificial intelligence and more..
I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms, and when you are smart you will easily understand artificial intelligence, this is why i am finding artificial intelligence easy to learn, i think to be able to understand
artificial intelligence you have to understand reasoning with energy minimization, like with PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization), but
you have to be smart since the Population based algorithm has to guarantee the optimal convergence, and this is why i am learning
you how to do it(read below), i think that GA(genetic algorithm) is
good for teaching it, but GA(genetic algorithm) doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence, and after learning how to do reasoning with energy minimization in artificial intelligence, you have to understand what is transfer learning in artificial intelligence with PathNet or such, this transfer learning permits to train faster and require less labeled data, also PathNET is much more powerful since also it is higher level abstraction in artificial intelligence..
Read about it here:
https://mattturck.com/frontierai/
And read about PathNet here:
https://medium.com/@thoszymkowiak/deepmind-just-published-a-mind-blowing-paper-pathnet-f72b1ed38d46
More about artificial intelligence..
I think one of the most important part in artificial intelligence is reasoning with energy minimization, it is the one that i am working on right now, see the following video to understand more about it:
Yann LeCun: Can Neural Networks Reason?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAfwNEY826I&t=250s
I think that since i have just understood much more artificial intelligence, i will soon show you my next Open source software project that implement a powerful Parallel Linear programming solver and a powerful Parallel Mixed-integer programming solver with Artificial intelligence using PSO, and i will write an article that explain
much more artificial intelligence and what is smartness and what is
consciousness and self-awareness..
And in only one day i have just learned "much" more artificial intelligence, i have read the following article about Particle Swarm Optimization and i have understood it:
Artificial Intelligence - Particle Swarm Optimization
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/msdn-magazine/2011/august/artificial-intelligence-particle-swarm-optimization
But i have just noticed that the above implementation doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence.
So here is how to guarantee the optimal convergence in PSO:
Clerc and Kennedy in (Trelea 2003) propose a constriction coefficient parameter selection guidelines in order to guarantee the optimal convergence, here is how to do it with PSO:
v(t+1) = k*[(v(t) + (c1 * r1 * (p(t) – x(t)) + (c2 * r2 * (g(t) – x(t))]
x(t+1) = x(t) + v(t+1)
constriction coefficient parameter is:
k = 2/abs(2-phi-sqrt(phi^2-(4*phi)))
k:=2/abs((2-4.1)-(0.640)) = 0.729
phi = c1 + c2
To guarantee the optimal convergence use:
c1 = c2 = 2.05
phi = 4.1 => k equal to 0.729
w=0.7298
Population size = 60;
Also i have noticed that GA(genetic algorithm) doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence, and SA(Simulated annealing) and Hill Climbing are much less powerful since they perform only exploitation.
In general, any metaheuristic should perform two main searching capabilities (Exploration and Exploitation). Population based algorithms ( or many solutions ) such as GA, PSO, ACO, or ABC, performs both Exploration and Exploitation, while Single-Based Algorithm such as SA(Simulated annealing), Hill Climbing, performs the exploitation only.
In this case, more exploitation and less exploration increases the chances for trapping in local optima. Because the algorithm does not have the ability to search in another position far from the current best solution ( which is Exploration).
Simulated annealing starts in one valley and typically ends in the lowest point of the same valley. Whereas swarms start in many different places of the mountain range and are searching for the lowest point in many valleys simultaneously.
And in my next Open source software project i will implement a powerful
Parallel Linear programming solver and a powerful Parallel Mixed-integer programming solver with Artificial intelligence using PSO.
More political philosophy about Democracy and Morality..
I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have also invented
many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
And now i will start by asking a philosophical question:
Is Democracy morality ?
I will say that Morality is about exactness and how to be the exact perfection, note that the English dictionary defines "perfection" as: "the act or process of perfecting", read here to notice it:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/perfection
And Democracy is a mechanism that permits to avoid corruption of morality and corruption of morality is also lack of efficiency and it is extremism that hurts Democracy, and Democracy doesn't mean that people have to govern, because it is absurdity, but Democracy is the "tool" of Morality, since morality wants to be the exact perfection , this is why it needs Democracy, and Morality or society have to be "progressive", read my following writing of my political philosophy about morality to know that they have to be progressive:
https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/7UmkfURwoU4
And we can say the following:
The classical notion of decentralization does not necessarily imply democracy, and an organization may be decentralized without being based on democratic principles.
But i ask a smart question of:
Can we say that an organization based on democratic principles may be centralized ?
Here is my answer:
But we can notice that even though decentralization doesn't necessarily imply Democracy, Democracy is a "kind" of decentralization, and this kind of decentralization brings efficiency because we can notice that Democracy needs requirements such as competitive elections and free press, and i think that Democracy is more efficient than Dictatorship at fighting corruption(and corruption can mean lack of efficiency), read my following thoughts about Democracy and more to understand:
https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/Nudyb_4QCRU
More political philosophy about Democracy and parliamentary Democracy..
Wich is better, Democracy or parliamentary Democracy ?
When you are smart you will notice that parliamentary Democracy is better since Democracy means that the people "govern", but this way of doing brings desorder, since people doesn't mean that it is Elites that govern, so this is why i think that it is inherent to parliamentary democracy that it is the Elites that govern and guide people, since also we can logically prove it by saying the following:
From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?
So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more money.
But since i am smart i will ask another important philosophical question, and it is the following:
Does parliamentary democracy has requirements, and wich requirements it has:
From my above logical proof we can say that the first requirement of parliamentary democracy is: it is the Elites that must govern and guide people, and from the first requirement we can logically infer that the Elites must be competent, so we can logically infer the since they have to be competent so then we can say the the second requirement of parliamentary democracy that it must be meritocratic, and the third
requirement of parliamentary democracy is also an important requirement
and it is that we have to have a constitution that says that parliamentary democracy has to have law enforcement agencies like the USA FBI and military as necessary basic requirements for a country, and a country can become a more global world like European union or such.
More political philosophy about the mechanisms of Democracy..
I think that we have to be smart, since i have just written the following about China and Russia of year 2010 and 2012:
----
More about China and Russia and other such countries education system..
I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms, read the following:
“Corruption is pervasive in every part of Chinese society, and education is no exception,” Mr. Li said.
A Chinese Education, for a Price
Read more here:
https://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/22/world/asia/in-china-schools-a-culture-of-bribery-spreads.html
I think we can not be confident with the Chinese education system, and i don't think it is meritocratic !
It is the same problem in Russia, read the following to notice it:
Mark Levin, a professor at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow who has studied the issue, said corruption in universities took place not only during the entrance examinations but also those at the end of semesters. Levin said some students preferred to pay money to pass examinations and obtain a diploma.
RUSSIA: Rising corruption threatens universities

----
And also i have just posted about the today China after the anti-corruption compaign in China, read the following:
---
I invite you to read the following interesting article:
China’s Anti-Corruption Campaign and the Challenges of Political Meritocracy
https://americanaffairsjournal.org/2020/05/chinas-anti-corruption-campaign-and-the-challenges-of-political-meritocracy/
---
So as you are noticing from my above writing that corruption can corrupt the education system and when education system is corrupt then the Meritocratic system is corrupt and this is dangerous. So even after the anti-corruption compaign in China , i think that Dictatorship of China is not so efficient at fighting corruption, because Democracy is much better at fighting corruption by competitive elections and free press, read my following thoughts to understand more:
From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?
So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more money.
Now why to be Democracy ?
I think that we have to be more smart and notice that Democracy is also smart, the big benefits of democracy that it is also like a morality that is a diversity that prioritize by giving weights to some important things and processes to be able to succeed, for example
if i ask a question of how to be less corruption ? i think that Democracy is an enhanced system that fights corruption more efficiently than dictatorship, i think this is understandable because to be able to "escape" a local maximum towards a global maximum(like in artificial intelligence) on efficiency of fighting corruption (and corruption also means lack of efficiency), we have to be able to vote for another political party that is more apt and more efficient at fighting corruption, this is why i think that democracy is better at fighting corruption, also i think that in democracy the governance must be a "competent" governance this is how we will enhance democracy to be the best.
More about the exponential progress of our humanity..
As you have noticed i am posting my news about this exponential progress of our humanity, here is my new post about it, read it carefully:
https://groups.google.com/g/soc.culture.usa/c/A33bKyvqufQ
This is why i am a techno-optimist, because i think this exponential progress of our humanity is an amazing thing.
More of my philosophy about how to be optimistic..
You know that i am a white arab and i am also an inventor of many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
I have just talked more about my spirit in my previous post..
Now there remains a philosophical question of:
How am i optimistic ?
So how can we be optimistic ?
So when you are a human and you look at a beautiful flower that we call a rose, you will have the tendency to like it, so it is like philosophy, we have the tendency to want to eat good food and to be more and more perfection so that to be the right perfection and strenght, and it is in philosophy like an engine that pushes humans forward towards more and more perfection, and as i am explaining it below in my philosophy that this strenght that brings perfection brings stability in this instability of life, so there remains a question and it is: How to be optimistic ?
I think i am an techno-optimist and i say the following:
More political philosophy about: Are humans smart ?
So are humans smart ?
I am very positive about humans, and i think that humans are smart, since we are also advancing by the following process of Swarm Intelligence that is so efficient, read about it here:
How Swarm Intelligence Is Making Simple Tech Much Smarter
https://singularityhub.com/2018/02/08/how-swarm-intelligence-is-making-simple-tech-much-smarter/
So i think that "collectively", we humans, we are smart, and i think that you will soon notice it by the following exponential progress of our humanity, read about in my following thoughts:
More political philosophy about do we have to be pessimistic..
I think it is a beautiful day in history, and how can you understand it ?
First you will notice that the exponential progress of our humanity is going very fast and is going faster and faster , look at the following video to understand it:
Exponential Progress: Can We Expect Mind-Blowing Changes In The Near Future
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfM5HXpfnJQ&t=144s
So as you are noticing that you have to take this exponential progress of our humanity into account and be much more optimistic.
And you have to know that this exponential progress of our humanity also comes from the following process:
How Swarm Intelligence Is Making Simple Tech Much Smarter
https://singularityhub.com/2018/02/08/how-swarm-intelligence-is-making-simple-tech-much-smarter/
And here is my new poem called: "This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress"
--
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
Because it is a beautiful maturity but not the adolescence
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
And we have to beautifully tune it with the beautiful consensus
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
So let us not be just guesses but technicality and science
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
So let us be a beautiful expressiveness that is not helpless
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
So let us take together this beautiful breakfast
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
Since you are also like my so beautiful Princess
This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress
So let us be a beautiful presence for present and future acceptance

More philosophy about is human life unstable and is human personal identity unstable ?
I think i am also a philosopher, and i will explain:
As you have just noticed i have just posted my new proverb about stability, and here it is:
"Stability is obtained with the force of perfection,
because when you become more perfect you increase
your strenghts , then you better resist instabilities,
and I think this is like a law of Morality"
So there is a philosophical question of:
Why have i posted this new proverb of mine ?
Because i am smart, but when you are not smart you will think
that human life is unstable because life is always changing and because we have always to adapt to it, and you will think too that human personal identity is always changing, but i am explaining in my above proverb that the force of perfection brings stability in this instability of life, i am not speaking of just money, i also mean that when for example you are more perfection brought by learning, you get more strenght that permits you to resist better to instabilities of life, and this better strenght is more stability that you become in front of instabilities of life. And i think that this more perfection that brings more strenght is also our personal identity that is both this more perfection and more strength that brings more stability.
More of my philosophy about what is the Nature of Personal Identity..
I invite you to look at the following short video:
Raymond Kurzweil - What is the Nature of Personal Identity?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pb3zsuHwqvY&t=193s
I think that Raymond Kurzweil in the above video is not answering correctly.
So i think that it is a philosophical question of:
What is the Nature of Personal Identity?
So i think i am smart and i will answer it like the following:
I think that you have to understand my philosophy about morality,
here it is:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/7UmkfURwoU4
So as you are noticing that in my philosophy about morality i am proving that morality is perfection at best , and the "at best" is here in the definition of morality to make it a correct abstraction, and note that the English dictionary defines "perfection" as: "the act or process of perfecting"
Read here:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/perfection
So as you are noticing since morality is also perfection, so our
identity or personal identity is also this perfection, since we can say that we are a civilization and this civilization is a dynamic process and it is the act or process of perfecting at best, so then you have to know how to be correct science and correct technology that brings perfection.
And to be able to know more about my philosophy about existence,
I have just created a webpage on my website here about my philosophy about human existence, you can read it carefully here:
https://scalable68.godaddysites.com/f/my-philosophy-about-human-existence
Here is my new proverb in english and french:
Voici mon nouveau proverbe en français et en anglais:
"La stabilité s'obtient avec la force de la perfection,
car quand vous devenez plus parfait vous augmentez
vos forces et donc vous résistez mieux aux instabilités,
et je pense que ceci est comme une loi de la moralité"
"Stability is obtained with the force of perfection,
because when you become more perfect you increase
your strenghts , then you better resist instabilities,
and I think this is like a law of Morality"
Read my following thoughts to understand more what is morality etc.:
I think i am also a philosopher, and i can also invent proverbs,
here is yet another new smart proverb of mine:
"There is an important difference between the appearance of a reality and the truth of a reality, this is why in science you have not to be confident with the appearances, since in science you have to understand the truth, so, to be able to understand the truth you have to know how to be patience before understanding the truth and not to rush in like a fool by lack of wisdom "
And here is another proverb of mine:
"Wich one has to precede, being able to reason correctly
or to rush in like a fool without being able to reason correctly? when you are able to answer correctly this question, you will understand a very important principle that makes you much more wise."
Here is another new proverb of mine..
"A wise man is by "logical" analogy like the person that knows how to prepare a good meal from ingredients, since a wise man is the one that knows how to prepare a well organized society or well organized global world from the people."
And here is my other new proverb:
Note that the English dictionary defines "perfection" as: "the act or process of perfecting"
Read here:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/perfection
This is the definition of perfection above that I use below in my explanation of my new proverb.
Here is all my explanation of my new proverb below:
My new proverb comes to me from the essence of morality that I explained to you in my political philosophy that I wrote in English, since in morality we are pushed towards the pretty tomorrow because we are aware of this pretty perfume that is the perfection that pushes us or encourages us to be or allows us to become perfect or greatly perfect.
Read about it here on my thoughts of my political philosophy about morality:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/7UmkfURwoU4
So here is my new proverb:
"Life is like the pretty perfume that calls us to be a pretty tomorrow!"
So notice carefully my smart play on words in my new proverb, i think it's smart, and you have to know that the future perfection depends on the present perfection, so when today we are responsibility to be the pretty perfection so that to build the pretty tomorrow, then the pretty perfection of today is part of the pretty tomorrow, and the "pretty perfume" in my new proverb is also the today pretty perfection, but you have to understand the symbolic which allows us to say that being this part of the pretty tomorrow is also like being the pretty tomorrow. It is what makes it a smart proverb.
More philosophy about fairness of life..
We say that life is not fair, but life can be much more fair or much less fair, and it depends on something very important, and i think it is efficient "learning" that makes human life much more fair for humans.
So an important philosophical question is:
How to be efficient learning ?
I give you an example so that you understand:
Look at the following web page about LEGO:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lego
So as you notice you have to find the important pattern with your fluid
intelligence by looking at the above web page about LEGO.
And the important pattern in the above web page of LEGO is that LEGO needs the "plans" to follow so that LEGO pieces can be assembled and connected in many ways to construct objects, including vehicles, buildings, and working robots. And the "plans" are so important, and now we can logically infer another philosophical question, and it is: How does the plan must look like so that the plan be efficient ? i think that the plan must follow and Top-Down approach, so it has to start from the Top of the plan to efficiently show like the higher level view of the design and after than it will get into a much details of the design, and also the plan must be efficiently easier to understand. And i think that it is the way of efficient learning, so read my following thoughts to understand about it more:
Now today i will do political philosophy about Pedagogy..
Can we ask a philosophical question of: What must look like an efficient Pedagogy today?, i think that we have to notice that the exponential progress and the law of accelerating returns are influencing Pedagogy,
because today we have to be more efficient at learning,
because i think that the level of sophistication of today
is much more than the past and i think that this has
as a cause that we have to be much more sophisticated than the past to be able to be efficient learning, so for example we have to use
an efficient Top-down approach to learning that looks like my above example of LEGO, , i think that it is the "first" requirement of today Pedagogy, and more than that we have to define the other main parts of what is it to be efficient learning, i mean what are the main parts of "efficient learning" that have a great importance ? take for example choosing the right tools for learning , so the first question of how to choose the right tools for learning is to know how to choose the right tools, not only that but to be able for the tool to be the right tool, the learning of the right tool must be made efficiently "easier" to understand, now you are noticing that the parts of efficient learning are becoming much more clear, so read my below thoughts to understand:
What is happening in my brain ?
I will speak more about me so that you understand my way of doing since
it is also like my philosophy, to be more smart you have to be capable
of reducing efficiently "complexity" so that to be efficient and so that
to be more successful, but how can you do it ? you have to be able
to know about the steps that guides you into the right direction,
first i will speak about my way so that you understand me better,
first step you have to be able to "prioritize" efficiently, because
to be able to be successful you have to prioritize, so look for example
at me, i have decided to "study" more and to study more "efficiently" so that to be more successful, but this is not "sufficient" to know, because to be able to be efficient at reducing complexity you have to be able to be efficiently selective of your knowledge, and this efficiently "selective" has to adhere in its turn to the process of being efficient at reducing "complexity", so you have to be able to select "efficiently" "efficient" knowledge that is more "easy" to learn so that to reduce complexity, thus you have to be able to ask "questions" to this or that right persons to be able to be efficient at selecting your "knowledge", next step you have to be "tenacity" at studying efficiently and you have to study more and more and you have to ask questions to your professors and next step after you have been able to learn more and more you have to be able at being efficient at "reusability" of your efficient knowledge and this is a very important step , so don't neglect efficient "reusability" of your knowledge, this is also the steps that i have followed and i have also used my "smartness" to be more efficient.
Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.
