I bought new sails in 2008 (main and 130 genny) for my 1975 Caravel 22. I used quantum sails. Really great quality for a very good price (offered 10% discount saved about $200 for nothing more then purchasing two sails).

Here are some files I found . I added the B32 file since it showed how the center board worked ( not sure if you have a full keel or center board/keel) Good Luck with the project. I had new main sail made by http://www.waterssails.net/ he might be able to help you with sail / mast measurementsI re did the cabin and added pictures. The counter tops were formic and Home Depot sells a paint to re do and it works great. I used http://www.yachtpaint.com/usa/diy/products/finishes/brightside-polyurethane.aspx to re finsih the fiber glass inside the cabin ( used a sponge roller and tip it with a paint brush) Fabric is sunbrellaGood Luckwill be in two emails due to large file size
