- Those are "costs".
- When the FairTax is implemented those costs
- go away.

- embedded compliance costs, then turns
- right around and adds 23% tax.
- Thus, the cost if the item is the same.
- I can't make it any more simple then that.
- If you can't figure that out then maybe you
- need to stay with the current tax system.
