Lech Lecha
This week's Torah portion, Lech Lecha, is of general significance
to us because it begins the description of the activities of Abraham,
the first Jew.

Lech Lecha relates G-d's promise of the Holy Land to the Jewish
people and describes Abraham's travels through the land, through which
he acquired it forever for his descendants.
There is particular relevance to G-d's promise in the present
age, the era immediately preceding Moshiach's coming.
G-d promised Abraham the lands of ten nations, including not only the
lands of the seven Canaanite nations conquered by the Jews
after the exodus from Egypt, but also the lands of the Keini, the Kenizi,
and the Kadmoni.
Yet we see that historically, even when the entire Jewish people lived in
the Land of Israel, that territory was limited to the land of the Canaanites.
The complete fulfillment of G-d's promise will only occur after
Moshiach's coming, during the Era of Redemption, when the
relationship between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel
will reach a full state of completion.
At that time, not only will all Jews of that generation --
including the Ten Lost Tribes -- dwell in Eretz Yisrael, but
also all the Jews of previous generations who will arise in the
Resurrection.

Thus, in our present generation, we are still involved in the
process of preparing to take possession of Eretz Yisrael, to
expand the land so that it includes the territory of the three
nations which was promised to us.
[Notice that the current day Palestinians aren't considered in
this expansion of territory? Doc Tavish comment]
The Torah portion of Lech Lecha begins the preparations for the
giving of the Torah, and therefore for the Era of Redemption,
which will be characterized by the complete state of Torah
observance which will prevail, when the ultimate expression of
G-d's holy Torah will be revealed.

In the opening lines of this week's Torah portion, Lech Lecha,
G-d commands Abraham to "go out" from his land, from his place of birth,
to a land which He will show him. What can we to learn from this very first
commandment to Abraham, that we can apply to our own lives as well?
The first and most fundamental requirement of every Jew is to
"go out" -- to be in a constant state of ascent, developing and elevating
both our inner potential and our surroundings.
[Loosely translated this means to go out to all the Gentile nations and
"suck the milk of the Gentiles." Doc Tavish comment]
But the very next thing that happened to Abraham after heeding
this command and going to Israel appears to be the exact opposite of
development and elevation: "And there arose a famine in the land, and
Avram went down into Egypt."
Thus, Abraham had to leave Canaan and journey to Egypt, during
which time Sarah was forcefully taken to Pharaoh's palace.
Although G-d protected her from harm while there, she
nevertheless underwent the hardship of the whole incident.
How does this obvious descent fit into the aforementioned theme
of ascent and elevation, and our task of climbing ever higher?
On a superficial level, Abraham's and Sarah's hardship was a step down,
but on a deeper level it was merely a part of their eventual elevation and
triumphant return.
The purpose of the descent was to achieve an even higher ascent
than was possible before. When they returned to Canaan they were
"very heavy with cattle, with silver, and with gold."

Just as Abraham's descent was part of the greater plan of ascent, so it
was with the generation of his descendants to follow.
The Jewish people have found themselves thrust into exile after
exile, only to return to their Land and achieve even higher
spiritual heights than before.
Galut (exile), although appearing to us to be a negative
phenomenon, actually carries the potential for the highest good.
And now that we are in the last days of the final exile, we
approach an era of unprecedented spirituality and goodness, for
although the First and Second Temples were eventually destroyed, the
Third Temple is to stand forever, and our coming Redemption
will have no exile to follow.
[According to Jesus the Temple is to lay in ruins because "Israel" has
been cast off and the kingdom given to others. Tavish]
We therefore draw encouragement from our ancestor Abraham's
descent into Egypt and eventual return to Israel: We must
remember that the darkness which seems to prevail in the world
is only external, and is part of G-d's greater plan for the
ultimate prevailing of good over evil and the coming of Moshiach.

Notice Jewish teachings do declare: "The Jewish people have found
themselves thrust into exile after exile, only to return to their Land and
achieve even higher spiritual heights than before.. the Third Temple is
to stand forever, and our coming Redemption will have no exile to follow... "
Here is what Isaiah says of this "home coming" and remember this
was written before Jews got thrown out of the land and had their Second
Temple leveled as Jesus prophesied. In other words Jews
still believe this is THEIR future:
Isaiah 60: 9-12, 16 ;61:5,6,9 (English-KJV)
Isaiah 60
9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring
thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the
LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall
minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had
mercy on thee.
11 Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day
nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that
their kings may be brought.
12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea,
those nations shall be utterly wasted.
16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast
of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer,
the mighty One of Jacob.
Isaiah 61
5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien
shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the
Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their
glory shall ye boast yourselves.
9 And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among
the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed
which the LORD hath blessed.
Anyone believing that Jesus mediated a New Covenant can't
accept the above as true. As the scriptures show (Pharasiac)
Jews were exiled from Israel and their (second) Temple was
destroyed!

Just as a matter of Biblical fact after considering that Jews are looking
forward to their third Temple and "sucking the milk of Gentiles" just consider
who built the Temple in the first place:
KING SOLOMON'S TEMPLE BUILT USING ONLY GENTILE FORCED LABOR
1 Kings 9:15-23 (English-KJV)
15 And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build
the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem,
and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.
16 For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with
fire, and slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a
present unto his daughter, Solomon's wife.

19 And all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots,

[Read very carefully verses 20-23 because they tell you who were the workers
and who were their "bosses." Notice not one Israelite did any manual labor, it
was the Gentiles the Israelites didn't kill off. The Israelites had the Biblical
prototypes of Jewish Bolshevik Commissars. Tavish comment]
GENTILES WERE CONSIGNED TO TOIL IN QUARRY
1 Kings 5:13-17 (English-KJV)
13 And king Solomon raised a levy out of all Israel; and the levy was thirty
thousand men.
14 And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month by courses: a month
they were in Lebanon, and two months at home: and Adoniram was over the levy.
15 And Solomon had threescore and ten thousand that bare burdens, and fourscore
thousand hewers in the mountains;
16 Beside the chief of Solomon's officers which were over the work, three
thousand and three hundred, which ruled over the people that wrought in the
work.
17 And the king commanded, and they brought great stones, costly stones,

Remember now versus 20-23 quoted above about who was going
to do the work as well as what Isaiah said in the quotes above. How many
of you actually believe Gentiles would have equal and equitable treatment
in this Jew World Order and its Third Temple?

Additional observation February 26, 2005-- Whether it is through Old Testament
and Talmudic Phariseeism or Zionism or Communism Jews foresee their future as
lording over ALL Gentiles who will once again be relegated to being their
servants and passed on as inheritance as cattle! Though the secular humanist
Jews are at odds most of the time with the current day Pharisees they both are
allied in the agenda to resume to the ways of the Old Testament when Gentiles
were servants!
Can anyone point out any Old Testament scripture where Jews treated Gentiles as
equals? Can anyone point out where Jews had good relations to the Gentile
community in general? Even the New Testament shows Jews as being hostile to
non-Jews!

-- The Apostle Paul says much about Pharisaic Jews in two Bible scriptures:
1 Thessalonians 2:14,15 (English-NIV):
14 For you, brothers, became imitators of God's churches in Judea,
which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own countrymen the
same things those churches suffered from the Jews,
15 who killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets and also drove us out.
They displease God and are hostile to all men.
Notice the fine points made by the Apostle Paul in just
two verses of scripture!
He brought out in just two verses:
1) "those churches suffered from the Jews" Those sweet harmless
little Jews were committing "hate crimes" against Christians!
2) "the Jews, who killed the Lord Jesus" The Apostle Paul was not the least bit
bashful about telling people "who killed the Lord Jesus" which the Churches of
Christendom won't do!
3) "They displease God.." The Temple is still in ruins as a testament
to that fact! Undeniable wouldn't you say? And last BUT certainly not
least by any stretch of the imagination:
4) "They (Jews) are hostile to all men."
Regarding "2) "the Jews, who killed the Lord Jesus" The Apostle Paul was
not the least bit bashful about telling people "who killed the Lord Jesus"!

John 4:6-9 (English-RSV)
6 Jacob's well was there, and so Jesus, wearied as he was with his
journey, sat down beside the well. It was about the sixth hour.
7 There came a woman of Samar'ia to draw water. Jesus said to her,
"Give me a drink."
8 For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.
9 The Samaritan woman said to him, "How is it that you, a Jew, ask a
drink of me, a woman of Samar'ia?" For Jews have no dealings with
Samaritans.
John 18:28,29 (English-RSV)
28 Then they led Jesus from the house of Ca'iaphas to the praetorium.
It was early. They themselves did not enter the praetorium, so that
they might not be defiled, but might eat the passover.
[Please do notice: "They themselves did not enter the praetorium, so
that they might not be defiled..." It looks to me as if the Jews are
very bigoted when it comes to Gentiles!]
29 So Pilate went out to them and said, "What accusation do you bring
against this man?"
[Pilate had to go out to them! What disrespect! Now do you understand
why people dislike Jews? It's easy!]
Acts 10:28 (NIV)
[The Apostle Peter] He said to them: "You are well aware that it is
against our law for a Jew to associate with a Gentile or visit him.
But God has shown me that I should not call any man impure or
unclean."
Also this is what the Jewish Talmud teaches about Jesus and his followers and
how anyone who claims to be a Christian can overlook the hate Jews have for the
rest of humanity is a mystery to me!

Universal Jewish Encyclopedia (1905) page 172
On page 170 of the same encyclopedia under "In Jewish Legend"
we see: "The Jewish legends in regard to Jesus are found in three
sources, each independent of the others-(1) in New Testament apocrypha
and Christian polemical works, (2) in the Talmud and the Midrash, and
(3) in the life of Jesus ("Toledot Yeshu") that originated in the
Middle Ages. It is the tendency of all these sources to belittle the
person of Jesus by ascribing to him illegitimate birth, magic, and a
shameful death."
Further on the same page of the same encyclopedia, in the second
column, half way down we see: "All the "Toledot" editions contain a
[similar] story of a dispute which Jesus carried on with the Scribes
who, on the ground of that dispute, declared him to be a bastard."
Turning the page in the same Universal Jewish Encyclopedia
(1905) to page 171 we see: "According to Celsus (in Origen, "Contra
Celsum," i. 28) and to the Talmud (Shab. 104b), Jesus learned magic in
Egypt and performed his miracles by means of it..... Different in
nature is the witchcraft attributed to Jesus in the "Toledot." ....
The accusation of magic is frequently brought against Jesus."

Small review: From all the above verifiable sources we learn that the
Talmud states that Balaam whilst in the other world or afterlife has
as a punishment- boiling hot semen. We also learn from the footnotes
and what the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia said of who Balaam is-
Jesus. The Talmud says that Jesus is boiling in hot semen. We also saw
in the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia that his "pupils" are in Hell as
well. These are the ones that are being punished with the boiling
excrement!

Talmudic material is from the English Soncino Edition of the Talmud which anyone
in a larger city will be able to find and verify the above.
