does bring about, that you REPLACE or substitute the activity of

so, that "you do not have to" actually perceive INDIVIDUALS and
the actual intentions of INDIVIDUALS,
but are invited, or even compelled, to replace the
- admittedly not easy - activity of perceiving
INDIVIDUALS, substituting it with a 'theory,' with 'an
explanation'
(I mentioned the activity of "uncovering Conspiracies" in

and I will mention names of 'Conspiracy' lecturers/writers
and look at their willing audiences,
to inform you separately on their bombarding you
with "very interesting data" with which they fill
the vacuum that Criminal Minds indeed create and
maintain about life,
their filling that intentional vacuum in your life,
suffocated by Conspiracy theories and "explanations" based
on the actual facts they do present - that activity)

about things, about people, about their

VITAL ability to feel quite something

any manager or of any leader

people, and you are appreciated
as a senior or leader, to the
extent that you can do so, and are
