In the first programme Bragg talked about the First rule book of the
Football Association and showed a copy, and there was a demonstration
game supposedly played according to The Rules. He talked about there
being 13 rules, but others say there were 14.

Can anyone post the original rules, and maybe explain the origin of
this discrepancy in their number.
