I am Sreelatha (age 39 years). From past 8 years I had been suffering from Chronic Sinusitis & Rhinitis (headache and cold). A slight change in environment like cold climate, exposure to slight dust / paint / perfume smell, continuous exposure in AC etc., would result in severe headache & then continuous sneezing and breathing problem , irritation in the throat , itching and stiffness behind both the ears and swelling near throat area. Doctors termed it as Allergy. I tried all types of medication; Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic in the said period, which only gave temporary relief & again re-surfaced in a fortnight.
In 2007, I had to undergo FESS surgery, since there were polyps in the facial Sinuses due to recurring cold. After the surgery, I was Ok for about one year in nasal congestion and breathing problem. But later on developed throat problems (feeling of clearing the throat all the times) & swelling behind the ears, parotid glands (which doctors called Facial Oedema with Parotitis).
Again admitted to hospital & treated for two days. Started the medications of all sorts which lead to severe Gastric & Constipation problem. I sometimes used to feel so agitated and would think is there no cure for a problem like Sinusitis, Rhinitis and Allergy.
Tired of taking medicines all through, came across & read about the articles by Manas Maral and decided to go for it as the last resort. I had started the treatment on 22nd April 2011. I felt the difference in my facial odema and throat irritation on the first day of the treatment itself.
During this 8 months period of time, I went out of station couple of times for 5-8 days at a stretch & did not have to suffer much like earlier. Else slight change in weather & food, eating outside for a whole week would have resulted with severe headache, sinus & indigestion problem.
The problem in the throat and frequent bouts of cold / dust allergy, sinus has come down to 70%. I had stopped all the medicines within 15 days after I started the treatment with Manas. Treatment consists of acupressure with small magnets to be tied on the fingers by myself (as i have been taught by him), breathing techniques and asans- yoga and little variation in diet and few home remedies.
My constipation and gastric problem has also reduced drastically. I shall update on the progress in my health in next mail.
