“The fruit in the first picture belongs to Cucumis (may be C. prophetarum), a climber. The climber in the picture is sporting no leaves as they are fallen. The plants in the other two pictures are different, not belonging to the fruit.

“I fully agree with Vijaysankar Raman Ji about the fruit being Cucumis.
I had created a lot of confusion with regards to this and Dr.
Gurcharan Singh ji had handled it with a lot of patience. The plants
are as suggested by Vijayasankar ji are indeed different. Fruit is not
from the plant shown in the pictures.
