Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I asked my friend about the Portuguese Hawaiian Memories & she said she had never heard of the book. I don't know anyone with that book. Do you have it or know of someone who does? Thanks so much for your help.

No luck. No Francisco Pereira on Maui nor the other Islands. There are
other Pereira's but no Francisco.
