My story is still in process. I did not know that I was gay until I was
18, but it sort of made everything in the past make sense. I've had many
girlfriends and have always felt strongly attracted to them.
However, when I discovered what homosexuality is, I had a stronger and
stronger pull to reading about it and watching it. My first sexual act
with a man was actually a pretty sloppy drunken make out. It's one of
those things that I won't ever forget because it pretty much help change
my outlook on my sexuality.
Soon after I started hooking up with this random guy and although it was
amazing, there was always that sense of guilt many gay guys feel in the
beginning. I broke things off and haven't looked for more since. I got
these waves of doubting that I am (or more like hoping I'm not) actually
gay.
I came out to my roommate a while back, but then went back on what I said
to her later. I even hooked up with a girl, but ever since I've been
with a guy I can no longer get aroused by women. It is pretty clear to me
now that I am gay. Yet, I feel no compulsion to "out" myself.
No one has the slightest clue and as much as I would like to be in a
relationship right now, I have too much other stuff going on in my life.
Am I scared to come out? Definitely, but I feel like the more comfortable
you are about your sexuality, the less scared you get. I know that one
day I will have to bite the bullet and come out, but as of now I am quite
happy in just staying as I am.
