Gimme a server to upload it to and you all can download it from there.
I keep forgetting to send it, and I can't be bothered emailing it all
the time. I work 16 hours a day (construction, not software yet) sorry
for the absent mindedness

upload it to www.rapidshare.com and then just email me the link to it.
I really appreciate it.

Or, you could just go back in this thread and get the link to the CD yourself!

The link on the thread is to a Google search that I did personally and gives you a link to where the samples are!!!!  Obviously it works because the OP got the files he was looking for.

Does shoe leather taste good?

Oh, please.  Is that the best comeback you can come up with?  With all the effort you've put into replying, you could have found the link and downloaded the CD examples already.

Look back in the thread to find it.  It's simply a Google search that you can do yourself!

You might wanna do some research and download from those links or
better yet read the commends. You'll probably see that there is a
comment about where is the companion cd because only the ebook is
included. You just made an ass out of your self buddy, nice try
though.

Here is the deal Glenn, if you did your own research instead of going
off of what other people tell you you will see that each of these
links are for the ebook ONLY and that there are no code examples. I
know that the descriptions say their are code examples but they are
not there. They use a technique you probably haven't heard of called,
"Copy and Paste"! Go to the following and you'll see that each person
that post the ebook just copy and pasted the description of the book
from this site.

When looking at a Google search one must realize that every time the
search is done the page rank could change and the link may no longer
be on the first page where it originally was, it may have moved back a
few pages. The link Glenn was referring to in his post just might be
near the bottom of the 3rd page now...

Wow you are dumber than I thought, no one in that thread said they had

What are you hoping to gain by attempting to start a flame war?  Respect? Admiration?

You'll get none of that in this group if you keep up these types of comments.

Their is nothing wrong with sharing knowledge, that's how a society
flourishes and continue advance technologically. You're the type of
person that would charge your son a dollar just to teach him how to
piss right! Your attitude is the reason why so many IT jobs are
outsourced to India and why over half of my IT staff are from India. I
can't knock India for its advancement because their society is focused
on the the society as a whole not the individual and that's why we are
getting our asses handed to us on the world stage in the realm of
technology. The U.S. is gonna be a country whose drive and focus is
based on service industry and entertainment because intelligence is
not seen as the quickest way to wealth nowadays. We only care about
our individual advancement we say screw everyone else. Everyone who
saw your comments are now dumber for having read them so please filter
your thoughts through your brain before you type.

definitely not a flame war. You just wanted to be a jerk because your
life sucks and that is all that it comes down to. What are you trying
to be? The "Internet Tough Guy", you type tough but we all know from
