予告編の訳

下記の訳の意味が僕にはちょっと理解できませんでした。
もっといい訳はつけられないでしょうか。

ちょっと予告編を見ていて、意味が理解できなかった部分の１つが、
それらの部分でしたね。
特に以下の文ですが、

ちょっと超訳(^_^;)すると
この世の中には逆に適応できてないことの方が
誇りに思えることがいろいろあるのです。
とか (^_^;)
次の翻訳は、理解はできるのですが、

あえて超訳すると (^_^;)
善良な市民よ！
より良い社会ができるまでは不適応なままでいるしかないのです。
