failed to install WWW::Mehcanize in window 7 64 bit

Hi,
While trying to install WWW::Mechanize on a window 7 64 bit machine using cpan, it failed follow.t test in this step:
ok($agent->follow_link( text_regex=>qr/Löschen/ ), 'Can follow link with o-umlaut');
Is there any environment or dependencies that I missed?
I am using ActivateState perl v5.8.6

I resolved it by myself. It turns out I need to update HTML::Parser to version 3.71 .
