Hello All,

It's Time to Get Your Boots on the Floor with the New Line Dance to Chris Young’s “Boots on the Ground”!

IDCHTL Cover_FINAL.jpg
You'll find the song, step-sheet, and instructional video here on CopperKnob.

Country superstar Chris Young is back — and ready to get dance floors moving with his brand-new song “Boots on the Ground” from his upcoming 10th studio album, I Didn’t Come Here to Leave, his first release on Black River Records.

After nearly two decades in country music, Chris has proven himself one of the genre’s most consistent hit-makers — with 14 No. 1 singles and over 9 billion streams worldwide. His latest single brings that same signature sound fans love, this time with a bluesy groove and a beat that’s tailor-made for a line-dance anthem.

To celebrate the release, Chris and Black River teamed up with Nashville-based choreographer George Blick (standard-western.com), who has created a fun, high beginner-level line dance for “Boots on the Ground.” It’s catchy, energetic, and perfect for both seasoned dancers and newcomers to enjoy.

We’d love for you and your dance community to be among the first to introduce it!
Whether you’re a DJ spinning at your local club, a dance instructor teaching the next big floor hit, or simply a fan who loves a good time, “Boots on the Ground” is ready to take root in dance halls everywhere.

You'll find physical copies of the Wav file, step-sheet, and video file of the demo/instructional at this link - https://spaces.hightail.com/space/5trnDgYDi7

As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts on this new song and dance, and any feedback you'd like to provide would be greatly appreciated. I know some of you may be upset when I deliver these new songs with a dance, but please know that if you're interested in creating your own, you're more than welcome to do so.

Now let’s get those boots on the ground and the floors packed!

Best,
Craig Bann / Marco Club Connection-AristoMedia

How to Vote in the Weekly Survey

List up to 8 of your favorites with choreographer and level if you know it and email to me at tka...@aol.com before 6:30 PM EDT on Sunday. Please add the choreographer and level of the dance if you know it.

Reminder from Carol

Please do not number the votes 1-8, send me extra things, or put the name on one line and the other information on another line, it saves me time because I have to erase all extra things and spacing and formatting before I can sort. Thanks, as always, for your votes. Classes, socials, and events are starting again and we NEED to know what dances most people will know or want to know so your vote is important.
