Subject: Guyton Mundy Workshop & Social 11/22

From: Carol Craven (and Monday Clearwater Class)

Please submit your 3 requests by Wednesday November 5. I will be sending out the playlist in plenty of time for you to practice so you can dance your feetsies off. Guyton will be teaching four dances and we will dance between teaches. We can't play every request but will do our best to play the most requested. If you have previously made a request and changed your mind for your three dances, just let me know because I kept names next to dances. I will be sending out a copy of this post to everyone who has indicated they will definitely attend. If you know you cannot attend, please let me know right away.

Hey Dance Family!
Can you guys believe that this Friday is Halloween? All seriousness, where has this year gone?! I'm back from a wonderful weekend in Troy Michigan, where I was fortunate to teach and dance with some amazing dancers! It was the 10 Year Anniversary of the Motor City Dance Classic. I had an absolute blast getting to see everyone's creativity with the "Underwater" theme, and help judge the costume contest on Saturday night.

*Baby Brody Update*- Unfortunately, Brody did not make it past the "Group" round. We're so appreciative for everyone who helped vote for him daily, and even made donations on his behalf. He's still #1 to us!

*Madison update* - Wellp the time has finally arrived.. Yes.. that's correct my friends, Madison's birthday is tomorrow. She will be 18 years old. She's done a fantastic job of reminding us how she's now an adult! 😜 If you're a dancer at The Barn, I do believe she's recently become "hooked" on Line Dancing, so you'll be seeing her around. Be sure to be my eyes and ears out there! 🤠 (She's already trying to plan the lessons for me this week.)

This week at the Barn-

Wednesday night- 10/29 -  Country Swing will be in the main room and Deana will be back with you, in the karaoke room!
Thursday night 10/30  - Brandon & I will be back with you!
Friday - 10/31
 - *Halloween* - Deana and Lynn will be with you all, with a Costume contest in the evening!
Saturday 11/1-  Janis will be with you all in the main room. Brandon & I will be at the "Space Coast Dance Jam" workshop in Melbourne.

How to Vote in the Weekly Survey

List up to 8 of your favorites with choreographer and level if you know it and email to me at tka...@aol.com before 6:30 PM EDT on Sunday. Please add the choreographer and level of the dance if you know it.

Reminder from Carol

Please do not number the votes 1-8, send me extra things, or put the name on one line and the other information on another line, it saves me time because I have to erase all extra things and spacing and formatting before I can sort. Thanks, as always, for your votes. Classes, socials, and events are starting again and we NEED to know what dances most people will know or want to know so your vote is important.
