SUBJECT: Our World Event Calendar 2026 & 2027 has been updated

Subject: Welcome to the Motor City Dance Classic - The Newest USLDCC Choreography Qualifying Event!
Exciting News!
Please join us in giving a huge USLDCC welcome to the Motor City Dance Classic as our newest United States Line Dance Choreography Championships Qualifying Event!
We're thrilled to have Motor City join the growing USLDCC family and provide dancers and choreographers with another opportunity to qualify for the Finals and showcase their talent on the national stage.
A big thank you to the Motor City team for partnering with us and helping support the future of line dance choreography. We can't wait to see the amazing dances, incredible competitors, and unforgettable moments that will come from this event.
Get those step sheets ready, choreographers! The road to the USLDCC Finals just got even more exciting!
Welcome aboard, Motor City Dance Classic! We're excited to have you as part of the journey.
NOTE FROM ME: I was happy to read this. I wish some of the people who have competed in the past or continue to compete now would write a note to encourage people to get some recognition by competing in the USLDCC Events as well as competition events at other events. I have watched all of these competitions at events I attend and it has given us so many talented people who we probably would have not heard about without the exposure they get through participating -- many of the successful ones didn't end up getting a finalist win but have gone on to teach around the world and share their choreography with all of us. How cool is it to be able to have a teaching spot at the World Dance Masters Event in England if you do win! Maybe if the people who have done this would share their experience, it would encourage others to step out of their comfort zone and give it a try!

How to Vote in the Weekly Survey List up to 8 of your favorites with choreographer and level if you know it and email to me at tka...@aol.com before 6:30 PM EDT on Sunday. Please add the choreographer and level of the dance if you know it. |
Reminder from Carol Please do not number the votes 1-8, send me extra things, or put the name on one line and the other information on another line, it saves me time because I have to erase all extra things and spacing and formatting before I can sort. Thanks, as always, for your votes. Classes, socials, and events are starting again and we NEED to know what dances most people will know or want to know so your vote is important. |
