unable to add password

I'm needing help with the dsimport tool. When I add the users
everything says it was ok but we are unable to login. I can manually
change the users password in C1 and it works. my csv only contains
the following headers: cn surname givenname password. NW65sp8 Edir
8.7.6 novell client 4.91sp5 Robbie

Have you tried using uppercase for the password?
JDoe, Doe, John, SECRET
