GWSend on Windows Server 2008 Error after execution

Hi,

 

i'am playing arround with GWSend on my Windows 2008 machine and i get after execution a APPCRASH Error. Any Ideas ? The Mail is send correctly but i get this Error:

 

GWSend.exe funktioniert nicht mehr

 

 

On command line i get: Runtime error 216 at 00403612

 

GroupWies 8.0.2

 

I think it is a Problem with gwsend on Windows 2008 or Windows 7 and not with the GW Version. On XP it runs without Problems (same GW Version).

Having same issue, but on Windows 7 32-bit workstation.

Thanks for the feedback.

The version that was found on this web site was a dated 2006. The more recent version GwSend v1.66 (2011) should work with more recent operating systems without that nasty message when exiting.
I've tested it on Win7 64bit.

I've just made it available on my web site.

Clarification - it works if you use the current user. Message fails to send if you use a different via user & password options. Item shows in Sent folder, but message appears to not be routed. No post office info listed in the properties for the message. Fails on WinXP and Win7 with GW8 or 2012 clients. Tested on GW8 Netware and GW2012 Linux.

Any ideas?
