WITS trade data download doesn't work

Hi, I am trying to download trade data and in the "download" tab, when I click on "save" button, nothing happens. Can anyone verify if this is also the case? I tried to email WITS contact person, but I have not received any response.

Hi,
I am facing the very same problem. I tried Chrome & Edge, but nothing helps.
Hopefully, they fix this problem really soon. Otherwise, I am clueless... :-(

Hello WITS administrators!

The Save button does not work again... tried 3 browsers, asked local IT specialist... still can't download my data. 
Please help.

We are working on this we will update you once it fixes. But still you can download  data in excel and STATA formats.

Hi WITS.

Currently, I am experiencing the same type of program. "Save" button does not work... 
I worked with the system a week ago and it perfectly functioned.
Could you please help with it?

I am also experiencing the same problem, and surprised that this problem happens occasionally.
