WITS trade data download doesn't work

Hi, I am trying to download trade data and in the "download" tab, when I click on "save" button, nothing happens. Can anyone verify if this is also the case? I tried to email WITS contact person, but I have not received any response.

Hi,

I am facing the very same problem. I tried Chrome & Edge, but nothing helps.

Hopefully, they fix this problem really soon. Otherwise, I am clueless... :-(

Everything worked great until today. I'm trying to download the data from the download data tab and it's stuck on "in progress" and I refreshed 5 times.

would like to confirm the same error as Christina - the query loads but once I send it to download it isnt completing. I have checked this for excel and csv and neither work.
