Hello,

I've had several recent image uploads end with an 'Aborted' upload status and the Details pop-up window states that "To complete image processing, click on the "Retry unprocessed images" button."

However, I don't see this button anywhere. I found an old post here from 2022 that shows a screenshot of this button on the same Upload Status pop-up that you can access in the Uploads window, but mine doesn't show this (screenshot below).

This same 2022 Conversation mentions the updates are only for Image projects (mine is Sequence), so maybe this is why I don't have the option??

I was avoiding re-uploading these images since it says it's unnecessary for unprocessed images, but what else can be done to retry processing aborted images if I don't have access to the "retry" button?

In case it helps, here's some of the detailed report from one of the aborted uploads.

Summary: Of the 2385 images that were submitted: - 800 still to be processed. - 1585 were successfully uploaded - 0 were duplicate images - 0 failed to upload. Filenames of unprocessed images are listed below. List of failed images: - 52__visit1__2023-01-16__12-53-50(1).JPG - 52__visit1__2023-01-16__12-53-50(2).JPG - 52__visit1__2023-01-16__12-53-57(5).JPG - 52__visit1__2023-01-16__12-54-07(1).JPG

The handful of unprocessed images I searched for in the Identify window show up with the hourglass icon, so I at least know most were uploaded.

Thanks for any help!

Hi Clay,

The 'Retry unprocessed images' button no longer exists, as the platform now automatically catches and re-processes uploaded images that failed to process. We are working to update this message on the platform to avoid confusion.

Since your upload was aborted, the platform won't try to re-process these images again. We recommend re-uploading the images.

Cheers,
