Just I have received mail from Omkar (Pate Developers)

Right now they have received Clearance for Building C parking + 5 Floor, (from 6 floor to 12 floor )  floor about Environmental Clearance.......???????????

 Has anybody paid the Infrastructure and legal amount Rs 1.8 Lakhs to pate builder.

Yes, we have to pay that amount to Pate in cash. I have also got the
information that we do not get the receipt for same.
