Just need to know if anyone has done agreement or registration in C Wing of West Coast Park. If yes, please update on this forums. 

As Rajendra Chaudhari and Ashutosh Dongare need help to understand the current situation.

Has anybody paid the Infrastructure and legal amount Rs 1.8 Lakhs to pate builder

Hi Kishor,

Yes, we have to pay that amount to Pate in cash. I have also got the information that we do not get the receipt for same.

In regards to the query flowing in the email chain, I would like to say that A-Wing agreements\registrations are in swing. I believe  they might have done with 50-60% off agreements.

I have even visited the site and even construction is in good shape till now.
