Hi everyone,
We want to set up a meeting time for the West Asheville Gazette Distribution team. If you are interested in helping with distribution and/or connecting us to other volunteers in your neighborhoods let me know by Wed which of these meeting times works best for you AND if you have any suggested meeting places:
Monday, Feb 16th 8:30am
Tuesday, Feb 17th 8:30am or 7:00pm
Wednesday, Feb 18th 8:30am
We will need
LOTS of volunteers to distribute and will need lead coordinators from each neighborhood
to find people to cover certain streets. We will also need people to
deliver in areas that are not "official" city neighborhoods where we can't find contacts or don't
have leadership teams at the moment.
Brotherhug has gotten great feedback about the mock-up as well as good
interest from businesses wanting ads. The goal is to be distributing this newsletter around the beginning of April. You can check out the minutes from the last meeting and the mockup newsletter at:

FYI - we decided that the
www.westasheville.ning.com Paper Newsletter group was not the best way to communicate and this is the reason we started this google email listserv specifically for the West Asheville Gazette communication and files.
