Trust folks - beneficiary address question

Quick (hopefully!) check of what seems like a simple (yeah, right) issue:
Declaration of trust lists beneficiaries with addresses they had at the time (25+ years ago). Their addresses have since changed, more than once. Is it necessary to do something to update addresses in the trust doc when beneficiaries move?
