I think you would have to try a different weather app than the one that comes on the device.
There is no option for a different weather service.
How is it that you know it is wrong?
If you are not near the official weather station location, your temps may vary quite a bit.

We know it's wrong because of other temperature sensors around the house. Our Honeywell thermostat and temps from a local firehouse to name a couple. Even our Amazon Echo devices are closer than the iPhone weather app.

When I use the The Weather Channel app, I get the tornado watches and warnings from that particular app. I am in Oklahoma in my very life depends on me getting the watches and warnings for tornadoes.
