problem with "stuttering" videos in chrome and firefox

problem with downloaded videos in chromo and firefox too, tried both, tested this tutorial below

I activated the functions "HLS M2TS"

the audio is perfect, but the video is "stuttering"
I can download some videos from the server without any problem, but others still have this problem, it could be videos hosted on youtube, I don't know

Can someone help me? versions are up to date, errors happen in crhome and firefox, please help me! I've been insisting for 2-3 weeks and I can't solve it.

It's encouraging that you found that other thread. But it's less encouraging that you
did not follow the advice I offered there. I specifically asked the user over there for
URLs to the videos he was having trouble with. He has not responded even after over 2
weeks. Please don't be like him. Post information I can work with & I will work with it.

Julio , you're asking for help but you have not provided a url to the video. No one can know what the problem is until that link is provided.

I think also you're confusing HLS streams for dash streams. HLS as M2TS does not work for Dash streams only hls.
