I refer to the page www.downloadhelper.net/install-coapp on the main site from which to download the Companion App.  Is there a link to this page from anywhere on the site?  I had to find my way to it using a Google search, and I've taken a record of the URL, but it's confusing for new visitors, and odd to host an apparently orphan page on your site.

Are you aware of this page?

If you look at the top of that page, there is a squished down area that is exceptionally
easy to miss, as you can see in my attached image #1. You need to scroll that area. It
contains several links to important parts of the VDH software. In my image #2, I've
scrolled the area to the bottom, but there are other useful links in that scrollable area.

Thank you for taking the trouble to provide helpful illustrations along with your response.  Much appreciated.  To be honest, I hadn't noticed that scrollable area at the top of the Q&A page that you'll miss if you blink, but it's been helpful to me for future reference that you've drawn my attention to it.  I also had had no prior reason to visit this group, but it appears to be the only channel to provide feedback to the VDH team.  As I originally mentioned, I'd already found my way to the download page on the VDH site for the Companion App by other means, and it seemed to me implausible that that page would be an orphan within the VDH site, but it appears that that is indeed so.  My feedback to the VDH team is that if you're mentioning the CoApp on your site, then please provide a link near those mentions to your page to download it.  It's bad UX for a user to have to go on a wild goose hunt elsewhere on the Internet to find it.

I hear you. Documentation is, to put it kindly, sparse. I've tried to remedy that some
over here:

I hope that keeps your goose hunting to a minimum. I mean, what did a goose ever do to
you?

Thank you again, Wild Willy.  Having worked for many years in IT tech support, I appreciate the thoughtfulness of those who go the extra mile to leave some documentation behind, and the motivation behind my query was to (hopefully) prompt things to be made a little easier for those who follow me looking for the CoApp installer.  If they find their way here, they might at least spot the topic heading for my original post, and thence find their way to your doco.  I've added your link to the documentary README file that I keep in the directory where I store my browser and extensions installers.

+1 to Wild Willy.

I've been reading through quite a few of these message threads (though not all the license-related issues), and have been impressed with your dedication, patience, and uber-helpful tone, every time.  You Sir are clearly a very consistent and very bright light throughout the VDH forum threads.

Thank you for all the time you invest in assisting this community.
