Searchie Videos

Hello, I tried making a search but I didn't find anything. Has anyone downloaded any videos from Searchie (searchie.io) successfully? I am getting video but no audio. Unfortunately cannot share an example because these are paid videos that I am trying to archive for myself.

os: macos 12.6.3
