That's a new one for me. Never seen that one. First I would try registering the license again at least 3 times. Then I would close all browser windows, then launch a new browser session, and try again. If that fails, yes, I would reboot. I hate that advice. But in this case, my guess -- it's a guess, so take it for what it's worth -- is that there is some sort of network connectivity issue. A reboot is an extreme last resort but it might clear this up. If that fails, I'm out of ideas. You'll have to find somebody smarter than I am to help you.
