Normally, you can recover your own license key. You can find out how by using the search
key "lost license" to search this forum. But Chrome licenses bought from the Google
store are a special case. It is no longer true that Chrome licenses can be purchased
from the Google store. This was an abrupt decision taken by Google a while back & that
left all our Chrome license holders in the lurch. The new way to buy a Chrome license is
now the same as it's always been for Firefox. You can no longer buy monthly or annual
Chrome subscriptions. Your only option now is a lifetime Chrome license, same as
Firefox. But that doesn't mean you necessarily need to buy a new Chrome license. I have
seen Jérôme posting in here that he has sent Chrome license holders new licenses when
they had originally bought lifetime Chrome licenses from the Google store. If you are in
that category, you might be able to speed things up by E-mailing Jérôme with your
purchase information, especially if you bought your license using an E-mail address that
is different from the one you use to post here. (I would help you but I don't work for
VDH.) Jérôme's E-mail address is jcvdh56 @
gmail.com. I have to show it like that, with
spaces, to stop Google from hiding it. You would, of course, remove the spaces before
you use it. Understand that Jérôme is located in France. He normally checks in here
during the morning his time, which would be in about 4 hours or so from now as I write
this.
