sproutvideo / vids.io support?

I'm trying to download videos embedded on a Patreon and the source for the embed is vids.io. Going to vids.io takes you to Sprout Video (https://sproutvideo.com/). I tried VDH on the sample video on the homepage and it failed there as well. Is there any chance you might be able to support this site?
