Hey guys,

I wanted a share a very simple recipe for a little thing called miso butter.

It's 2 tablespoons of room temp butter, 2 tablespoons of white miso, and 1/2 teaspoon of sherry vinegar. You mix it up and spread it on whatever you want. (So good in a sandwich or on top of roasted broccoli.)

You could easily veganize it by substituting butter flavored Earth Balance.

Here's the recipe from David Chang for miso butter with poached eggs and asparagus:

It's amazing delicious.

Second that. This stuff is as addictive as crack.

For an extra indulgent snack, spread it on top of avocado slices. :)

This sounds delicious. Would it be worth experimenting with other kinds of miso?

You could totally try other kinds of miso but I dunno about anything that's chunky. It might make for a strange texture. I think white miso works well because you can still really taste the butter.
